Review: Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare [Multiplayer]
by Greg Tatterfield [ Thursday, 13th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
We sit down and play Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Is this veteran still up to task find out in our two part review? This part will cover the multiplayer Hated Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare is a solid experience and perhaps one of the best Call Of Dutys in years. With that being said there is one issue that tarnishes the whole experience and that is the lag. This is the kind of lag that you don't notice till you try and kill another player. You could have the best aim and shoot another player first and then still get killed by said player. Read More...

We Sit Down And Review Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare's campaign mode. Does it advance the overall franchise or does it leave us all wanting more? The time has come around again and we have had the chance to play and review Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare. We have Sledgehammer Games back at the helm for the latest edition to join the franchise and they are looking to stake their claim back into our hearts and systems. They have been trying to push the limits of the current and next gen consoles and all of the hype has shown that to be the case but did they actually do it? Is Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare just a fancy cash grab or is it the next greatest edition to the overall franchise? Read More...

Bloodborne Has Been Delayed To March
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
Sony PlayStation has announced that Bloodborne has been delayed back to March of 2015 If you were looking forward to playing Bloodborne on February 6th then it is time for you to get let down. It looks like the game has now been delayed in making its PS4 debut until March 24th of 2015. Just under two month extra that you will have to wait, that's all. Could be a lot worse like six months or a year so you might want to calm down on the canceling of the pre-orders and all. The news about Bloodborne's delay comes from the PlayStation Blog where no real reason why has been given as to the delay. Read More...

The Game Awards Have Been Announced Because We Need Another One…
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Geoff Keighley has announced that it is time for The Game Awards show, another awards show just for video games I was thinking the other day "Why don't we have another awards show for video games?" Looks like someone was reading my mind as it looks like we have The Game Awards just announced by Geoff Keighley coming our way to celebrate the video game industry. If the VGX and other award shows of the past weren't proof enough that most gamers out there don't care for an awards show then I don't know what else will. Although to be honest after hearing a bit more on The Game Awards show some doubts could be put aside as it doesn't sound like one network's way to grab some quick cash using our beloved subculture. Of course you don't. Especially since it wouldn't be part of the Season Pass DLC but be a standalone thing for Advanced Warfare. Hopefully you knew all that before you read this so if you wanted the zombie killing action you didn't get primed in other ways. Read More...

How Will All Of Your Choices In Dragon Age: Inquisition Play Out?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 6th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Another look at Dragon Age: Inquisition as BioWare and EA show off just how all of your choices will/could have game changing consequences We're so close to having Dragon Age: Inquisition to experience and alter the game's world to our whims. That is what a good Dragon Age game is all about right? Being able to change and alter the game's world and narrative as some kind of overseeing god? Did you not know that was part of Dragon Age: Inquisition? I hope so as you are reading on the topic right now and would most likely be lost by now or by watching the below trailer showing off how all of you choices will affect Dragon Age: Inquisition. Check Out More Of The 150+ Characters Of LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 5th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
A new developer diary and more characters are shown off for LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham in the latest video released for our amusement If you thought that the upcoming Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice was cramming in an obscene amount of characters then you just have not been keeping up with LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham. It really does seem the DC way now-a-days to cram as many of their IPs into one product and see which hits home with fans so they can then exploit that one. Then again it is no strange news that we are up there with TT Games' LEGO Batman 3 as that was kind of the goal without changing the game's title to be LEGO DC Universe or LEGO Justice League. Dying Light Is Now A Console Exclusive…A Next Gen Console Exclusive
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
Dying Light will no longer be hitting the PS3 or Xbox 360 and it is too intensive for them to run the game If you were planning on picking up Dying Light on the PS3 or Xbox 360 this coming January you will need to reevaluate that life choice there. Techland and Warner Bros. are no longer bringing Dying Light to those consoles and making the game exclusive to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. This announcement came from Techland's Facebook page where there was a long explanation that boils down to that the older consoles just couldn't run the game and keep the amazing look and feel that the other systems could. Here's what Techland had to say directly about this update for Dying Light: Dear Gamers, As you probably know, we’re wrapping up the development of Dying Light, our biggest and most ambitious project to date. The Opening Cinematic For The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been released and it is as eye popping as you can imagine. Pun intended Here we go. The opening cinematic for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has hit the web and it is here to spoil the first three minutes of the game for you. That's right you can see how The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is going to open when you fire it up on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC on February 24th. I think that we should take this as CD Projekt RED and Warner Bros. are secure in the fact that the rest of the game will be mind blowing enough to keep us enthralled after spoiling so much of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt so far. The November update for Xbox One will be bringing home screen and background customization as well as many other features It is no big surprise that the Xbox One is getting another update in November. From the look of things it looks like the Xbox One updates are happening monthly as opposed to the PS4 getting them whenever. In the upcoming software update though it looks like Microsoft is giving us something that Sony has yet to give a us a defined date on yet. It looks like the Xbox One is going to be getting background and theme-like support as well. Read More...

The Next Major Update For The PS4 Firmware Is Bring So Much More
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
More features for the PS4's 2.0 firmware have been announced and detailed with more on the way It was mentioned and slightly detailed back at E3 but it looks like the 2.0 update to the PS4's firmware is about to be released and it looks like there is a lot more to it than we thought. Some of these updates have been something I was hoping to have on my PlayStation since its launch back in 2013 but it looks like Sony has finally had the time to get around to them. I know I have been waiting for the YouTube addition for some time now but it looks like as of now my want for Media streaming, outside of Music, is still amiss. You can read more about these updates on the PlayStation Blog but we have a nice break down with images here for you. Read More...
