New Gameplay For Dishonored 2 Shows Off New Occult Abilities
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of June 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Dishonored 2 The first bit of gameplay for Dishonored 2 was shown off and now we have a better look at some of the upgrade for Dishonored 2 we are going to get Here is yet another title I didn't get a chance to personally check out at E3 but by the gods we had a great showing of Dishonored 2 out there during the event. In fact, we had about 15 minutes of gameplay shown off by Arkane Studios out at the show even though Bethesda had nothing more than a small museum to offer up on the show floor. While that was cool it didn't truly show us what we wanted out of Dishonored 2 in closed environment but that is what we have the internet for isn't it? Read More...

The God Of War Demo Had A Lot More In It Than We Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of June 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
God Of War A new look at the God Of War demo out of E3 has been release where a few of the God Of War developers explain more on the game than we saw live Last week the world was given a great surprise in terms of the new God Of War being shown off at E3. A lot of questions obviously popped up due to all of this but Santa Monica Studios was very tight lipped about every aspect of the game that we couldn't physically see in the demo. Believe me I tried and the closest little extra I got for God Of War was the fact that they are not ignoring anything from his past but are doing a solid continuation. That and it will of course be on the PS4 but that is all stuff that we could have just made a solid assumption on given the state of everything. Read More...

E3 2016 Impressions — Injustice 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of June 2016 - 02:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 While at E3 I was able to see Injustice 2 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Injustice 2 It was "leaked" and then we got some gameplay to look at just before E3 but I was able to sit down and actually have a good look at Injustice 2 on the show floor. It wasn't anything playable sadly but it was gameplay where NetherRealm Studios went into all the ins and outs of the updates and changes that will be coming. Not only that but we had a look at a few of the new characters coming to Injustice 2 here when it launches next year for the PS4 and Xbox One. It does look like the PC is taking a back seat on this one given all of the pitfalls that Warner Bros. Read More...

God Of War Is Back And It Doesn’t Look Like The One We Are Use To
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 14th of June 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
God Of War At E3 2016 the new God Of War title was revealed with gameplay and it looks to shake up the God Of War franchise in a good way If you watched last night’s press conference then you should know that God Of War has a new title coming to the franchise and it looks like all of the rumors were true. In this go of it it looks like Santa Monica Studios is taking Kratos into the Norse mythology as the rumors from before had us all thinking. Pretty cool but we also had a solid look at actual gameplay for the new God Of War in almost a whole ten minutes with a few extra tidbits revealed along with it. Read More...

Injustice 2 Has Been Officially Announced & Adds New Faces
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 8th of June 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 After many 'leaks' Injustice 2 has been officially announced and it looks like Injustice 2 is bringing a lot more than just more combat Even though some of the thunder was taken away for the announcement of Injustice 2 it is here and hitting just as hard as the "gods" we will get to place into the mix. Or the pit as NetherRealm Studios kept referring things to in the following trailer below. It's probably safe to assume that the term there will play some form role in Injustice 2 when it comes in 2017 for the PS4 and Xbox One. Read More...

New Survival Horror Game, Agony, Looks Like Everything But…
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 31st of May 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Agony A new survival horror game called Agony aims to take us on a trip through Hell without being Agony in its self If you were left wanting for another video game where we travel to Hell and need to survive then hold onto your asses as we have Agony now in the works and heading to us for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in 2017. While it may not be another Dante's Inferno for us it does look like Madmind Studios is crafting something on the levels of and beyond with this new survival horror title. That's right. Read More...

Review — Homefront: The Revolution
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of May 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Homefront We sit down and review Homefront: The Revolution. A reimagining of the franchise to make America great again. Here's our review of Homefront: The Revolution It's been a while coming but Homefront: The Revolution has released and we've been able to dive right into what Dambuster Studios has to offer us. It may not be what was originally in store for us back in the THQ days but since Deep Silver picked up the franchise and put the teams to work to reimagine the game we are in store for another fun ride in a fake historical timeline. It makes sense I swear. Read More...

Explore More Of Fallout 4's Far Harbor Before Making The Trip
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of May 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Fallout 4 A new behind the scenes video for Fallout 4's upcoming DLC has been released and we get to see even more of the giant Fallout 4 location that is being added The next massive update for Fallout 4 is almost here and many of us will find ourselves running through Far Harbor tomorrow (May 19th). As this is the largest expansion that Bethesda has done for their game it is safe to assume that the first trailer didn't give us a full look at what to expect. We wouldn't want to spoil any of the fun for Fallout 4 now. Read More...

Dishonored 2 Has A Few New Screens To Show Before The Big Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Dishonored 2 A new batch of screenshots of Dishonored 2 have been released a bit before the larger Dishonored 2 that is still slated for the E3 event Last we heard on Dishonored 2 was the release date of November 11th this year and that we would get to see the game in action during Bethesda's big E3 showcasing and most likely on the floor. As it looks though Arkane Studios didn't want us all to have to wait that long and we now have some new screenshots for the game. Screenshots and a few bits of concept art that helped bring Dishonored 2 to life and soon to our PS4, Xbox One, or PC. Read More...

Star Trek Online Boldly Goes Toward Consoles This Fall
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Star Trek Long running Star Trek Online MMO is now heading to the PS4 and Xbox One so more players can experience the Star Trek free-to-play title It's only been about six months in the waiting but now it looks like Star Trek Online is making the voyage to the PS4 and Xbox One. This is something that Perfect World and Cryptic had in the cards since the consoles that could handle the game's engine popped up and we will be seeing it again this Fall. As an added bonus here too, Star Trek Online will also be keeping its Free-To-Play model during the leap so there will be no worry about having to shell out for a game here to play a massive version of "catch up." It does seem a bit odd that it took this long for Star Trek Online to try and make the jump over to the console world but given the controls and UI of the PC version I think it is safe to say that we can blame it on that. Here's The Other Side Of Homefront: The Revolution's Story
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Homefront Another trailer for Homefront: The Revolution has been released and this one expands a bit further on Homefront's story but from a different point of view of sorts We are only mere days away from Homefront: The Revolution hitting our PS4, Xbox One, or PC and the hype train is still rolling. With that comes another story trailer that Dambuster Studios has put together for us to show off another side of the conflict. Not in terms of seeing what the "enemies" are thinking and doing, while that would be interesting, but more along the lines of how the "Voice Of Freedom" in Homefront is being perceived. Read More...

Join The Fun In Fallout 4's New Far Harbor Expansion
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 4th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Fallout 4 The third add-on for Fallout 4 releases soon and now we have our first look at Fallout 4's Far Harbor DLC filled with more than meets the eye The next add-on for Fallout 4 has been given a solid release date now and it looks like we will all be traveling up to Maine on May 19th now. This won't be some little trip either as the Far Harbor DLC happens to be one of the largest add-ons to a game that Bethesda has ever undertaken. That means don't expect only an hour or so added onto the Fallout 4 fun but hopefully a whole lot more. None of that has been officially detailed so we can only expect it to add on quite a chunk of time and not just a new little section of the world to roam. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Dishonored 2 The release date for Dishonored 2 has been set for us all and it looks like E3 will hold the first true showing of Dishonored 2 and how it has progressed since announcement Just as Corvo has done in the past, the Dishonored 2 release date has just popped up out of seemingly nowhere. Details have been a little dry out of Arkane Studios and Bethesda on the title so far but they have now gone out and set a release date for us. It looks like Dishonored 2 will be joining the ranks of the Holiday Season titles as it is set to release on November 11th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

New Gameplay For Space Hulk: Deathwing Has Finally Landed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 28th of April 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Space Hulk A new bit of gameplay for Space Hulk: Deathwing has been released and goes into detail on some of Space Hulk: Deathwing's locations and combat we will need to master It's been over a year since we last had any kind of look at Space Hulk: Deathwing. There have been a few updates here and there out of Streum On Studio to let us know the development is still flowing and they are using Focus Home Interactive's money in the proper way but we have yet to see much in the way of gameplay. Space Hulk: Deathwing is slated to release sometime this year on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC so it would be nice to get to see something well before the release and not a few weeks out. I know I'd like that at least. Read More...
