by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 2nd of December 2017 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That is one more week in video games in the bag and much more to look forward to. Especially with all of those new announcements set up for The Game Awards and PSX next week. Maybe it will be a slow week leading up to it all or maybe it will be solid like this one was. Maybe we will also get more reviews out there like we did for Call Of Duty: WWII as we did here. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Shadow Of The Colossus Have a look at the intro for Shadow Of The Colossus' new remake and see just how this one will be superior to the original Shadow Of The Colossus If there is one title we are going to hear a whole lot of out of PSX or in the coming months, it is Shadow Of The Colossus' remake. Seeing as February 6th is so close and the huge event is taking place next week, it makes perfect sense that Bluepoint Games will be showing off all kinds of new gameplay to get us all riled up. Seeing as this will be a fully next-gen version of Shadow Of The Colossus and not just a remasters, there is a solid reason to keep an eye and that is what we have here with the latest intro for the game. Assassin’s Creed New rumors are out there that Assassin’s Creed Rogue could be getting a remaster as listings for Assassin’s Creed Rogue remaster pop up online It is time to dig into some more rumors out there in the video game world and this time it is for an older title that some may have missed, Assassin’s Creed Rogue. Review — Call Of Duty: WWII
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of November 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty We sit down and review Call Of Duty: WWII. We are heading back to the Second World War again. Here's our review of Call Of Duty: WWII The next installment to the Call Of Duty franchise has dropped and looks to take us all back to the roots of the game. Sledgehammer Games and a few of the other developers in Activision's wheelhouse have opted to take us all the way back to World War II and give us all even more Nazis to kill in our video games. Not in an over-the-top satirical kind of way, but in a grounded more realistic kind of way. At least on that mirrors more of how things truly went down in real history. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 11/20/17 — 11/24/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 25th of November 2017 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Thus concludes yet another week in video games here. A bit of an off week, but still a pretty solid one if you were not mixed up in all of the US Thanksgiving stuff or the horrible holiday to consumerism. Although there was a lot to be had in terms of video games for all of that and with Shadow Of War and Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite already out there, you could have seen more reasons to pick them up for a lower price. Or just to finally sit back and give Hellblade or Street Fighter V some more time in between dinner plates. Read More...

See More Of The Combat Coming To Us In Secret Of Mana's Remake
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of November 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Secret Of Mana New gameplay for Secret Of Mana's remake has dropped and it gives us all a look at how the combat in Secret Of Mana will handle here With Secret Of Mana getting a full remake here, it would make sense that other things besides the visuals would be getting touched on and updated too. At least if Square Enix thought that there was the need for that, and here we go with a look at some of the actual gameplay and combat that will be getting touched on for this remake. At least if memory serves it looks like it is being touched here, but it has been a while since I played the original Secret Of Mana so I could be off. Read More...

The Slaughter Tribe Is Ready To Feast In Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 21st of November 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Shadow Of War The Slaughter Tribe for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is here to join in the fight and you can get a taste of what they will add to Shadow Of War here Yesterday we all caught wind of the new and free updates coming to Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War today (11/21/17). All of that should be rolling out there as soon as the respective stores for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC get all of those things updated for us. We would be remiss though if we left out the other DLC that Monolith Productions has for us here with the addition of the Slaughter Tribe into the mix of it all. This is paid DLC for Shadow Of War, so it may not resonate with all of you out there, but it is one more tribe that will be mixed into the Nemesis System for us and needs to be shown off. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of November 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Agents Of Mayhem The Safeword DLC for Agents Of Mayhem and this adds a few little things but also Kinzie Kensington to the roster for Agents Of Mayhem If you are still jamming out to Agents Of Mayhem and still having a blast with it, then you should know that a new bit of DLC just quietly dropped out there that you may want to take notice of. Why Deep Silver and Volition did not make a big deal about it is beyond me, but another character from the Saints Row world is now available for the game. Who? Read More...

Montana Has Been Beautifully Recreated Just For Far Cry 5
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 15th of November 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Far Cry 5 A new behind the scenes video for Far Cry 5 is here to show us how much of Montana has been recreated just for Far Cry 5 By now there should be little doubt that Far Cry 5 is going to look amazing on February 27th when it hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Unless Ubisoft has been going out of their way to only make the small demos look impressive and the gameplay videos are overclocked, it is going to be an amazing looking game. Not just because this is one of those franchises they work to make look visually stunning, but because Far Cry 5 is finally mirroring a real-world location and that just happens to be something that the team over there can do very well. I'll point you all at the Watch Dogs franchise if you were questioning any of that as both of those are insanely well done to give a true feeling for the towns and locations they are set. Also that Imaginati Studios is all behind it here and trying something new for the whole genre and storytelling methods we have been used to for some time. Read More...
