by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of August 2024 - 09:00 PM ]
KARMA A new look at KARMA: The Dark World is out there to get us ready for the October release for KARMA: The Dark World It feels like it has been a long time since we heard about KARMA: The Dark World coming out there. In fact, the last time we had something major to offer up, the game was named slightly differently. It looks like Pollard Studio, though, has been putting in a whole lot of work during all of that time and has Wired Productions ready to drop KARMA: The Dark World out there on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this October. When in October? Read More...

The Casting Of Frank Stone Offers Up The Cast Of Game For Sacrifice
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of August 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
Frank Stone Let us go behind the scenes again for The Casting Of Frank Stone to see the motion & voice cast bringing Frank Stone to life It is time to go behind the veil one more time with a look at The Casting Of Frank Stone and the cast of characters taking us through the story. This is usually one of the bigger highlights for any of the Supermassive Games projects out there, and it looks as if this one is not going to be any different. Not because they are pulling in massive names to help sell the game but focusing on letting the cast truly vibe on set to add more of that authenticity to the characters. That is, at least, based on the latest behind-the-scenes video we have for The Casting Of Frank Stone to get us ready for the September 3rd release date on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. This Week In Video Games 8/5/24 — 8/9/24
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of August 2024 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Well, this was a much bigger week for video games than we could have expected, but a solid one still. After SDCC and now the upcoming Gamescom, I was under the impression it was going to be a slower one, between Call Of Duty and Epic Mickey, we had a whole lot drop on us and with massive names in the mix. A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead and Gori: Cuddly Carnage also got a nice highlight out there and then there is the Five Nights At Freddy’s celebration going on add into so much out there. Not to mention new video games coming from Tarsier Studios in the mix of things too. Read More...

Swing The Pendulum & Figure Out What Is Real In The Occultist
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of August 2024 - 07:00 PM ]
Occultist Take on a new supernatural world with The Occultist as we get to see just what this occultist might be able to do out there Well, it looks like the horror of the world will still carry on into 2025, not a huge surprise, but at least we will have The Occultist to help with all of that. No, I am not talking about the specific Hellscape that we find ourselves in right now, but the world that DALOAR and Daedalic Entertainment are building for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC for 2025. Even if it would be a nice change of pace to see this kind of survival horror out there in the world instead of the one we have now. I am getting off-topic, though, so let us dig further into The Occultist and just what this new announcement is going to offer us all when the game does launch out there. Read More...

Castlevania’s Creatures Of The Night Are On The Way To Dead By Daylight
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of August 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
Dead By Daylight Dracula is on the way to Dead By Daylight with a new crossover between Dead By Daylight and Castlevania out there It seems we have hit the video game crossover portion of the timeline for Dead By Daylight, as we just had Tomb Raider and now we have Castlevania. The IP that does seem to fit better into the world that Behaviour has built out there for sure. Especially as we know that Dracula will be the Killer brought in for the game and Trevor Belmont as the survivor we are going to have. Okay, maybe not Trevor being truly expected, but he does feel like a better fit into the world of Dead By Daylight in general for some reason. Read More...

A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead Will Have Us All Hushed For Its Release Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 6th of August 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
A Quiet Place The release date for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead is set with some fun little extras ready to add into A Quiet Place While it might have missed the synergy to launch when the latest film dropped, it looks as if we finally have a release date for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead. It is its own game and story that Stormind Games is working on, so it makes a bit of sense to drop it on its own, but synergy can be a great thing. Nonetheless, Saber Interactive has pulled the trigger to let us all know when this next addition to the universe of A Quiet Place will be hitting the PS5, Xbox Series X|s, and PC. That date is now set as October 17th of this year. Read More...

Tarsier Studios Is Gearing Up To Give Us A New & Unannounced Project
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 5th of August 2024 - 07:00 PM ]
Tarsier Studios Tarsier Studios is working on another title out there for us and it looks like it could be linked to other Tarsier Studios’ productions It has been a few years since we heard anything out of Tarsier Studios and any new projects they may be working on, and we are going to need to wait a little longer. Unless you take the very small teaser that something is coming that was shared during the THQ Nordic showcase as something big for now. Sadly, it is not but it does indicate that Tarsier Studios has something in the works and we will learn about it during Gamescom here soon. Read More...

Funko Fusion We had a chance to sit down with the team of Funko Fusion during SDCC and have some new details for Funko Fusion out of that Out at SDCC this year, Funko Fusion was on a huge display. The game does hit the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC on September 13th and this would be a great place to show more off to the world. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of July 2024 - 09:00 PM ]
Funko The story and villain of Funko Fusion is finally here and it looks like the universe of Funko are getting shaken further We finally have the main story we are going to be getting for Funko Fusion fresh out of SDCC. The overarching story and not the one for each of the universes that 10:10 Games has been able to add into the IP up to now. Not only that but as every good story needs a great antagonist, we have that reveal as well. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 29th of July 2024 - 09:00 PM ]
Marvel Rivals More characters for Marvel Rivals are hitting the Beta along with a new look at just what the fight in Marvel Rivals is about There was little doubt that we were not going to see something massive for Marvel Rivals out of SDCC this year, and it looks like any doubt was pushed away with what they had to show. Not only did the Closed Beta kick off for it, but NetEase Games went out and gave us some more characters to see coming to the game along with a look at just what to expect the whole of the game will be about. All to go along with that big Doctor Doom announcement we had in general, it looks as if that will be spilling over to Marvel Rivals. Read More...

Welcome To Cedar Hills As We Dive Into The Casting Of Frank Stone
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 29th of July 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
Frank Stone Go behind the scenes of The Casting Of Frank Stone to see the land and how the team is bringing the world of Frank Stone to life There have been a few steps into the town of Cedar Hills before with looks at The Casting Of Frank Stone, but now, we have a nice and longer look at the town and how it all came to be. Not in terms of the horrors that have plagued the town or how the Entity out there has twisted things, but more in the way of how Supermassive Games is crafting this whole narrative experience. All of this is still in the Dead By Daylight universe. Read More...
