by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 8th of August 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
God Of War New Game+ is coming to God Of War so you can relive the epic tale with everything you unlocked already in God Of War, and much more It comes as no surprise, but we now have a release date for the announced New Game+ mode for God Of War. We heard about it a while back from Santa Monica Studio when they were talking about the Photo Mode, but now we know this will hit the PS4 on August 20th. At least for those who have completed one play through of God Of War already. It will only unlock at that point and that should not be too big of a surprise given the name and how the mode works in every other game out there. Read More...

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Will Offer Up More Combat Abilities Than Before
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of August 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed A new showcase of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey’s combat options is here to give us more ways to kill and hunt in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey With Assassin’s Creed Odyssey being set in the lands of Ancient Greece and us taking on the role of a Spartan, it makes sense that we will have a whole lot more added to the combat of the game. It would be a huge miss if this was not the case, but given what we have here to look at, it does look like Ubisoft is taking full advantage of it and adding to the winning design that they have found again in the franchise. If you have not figured it out yet, we are here to look at more combat and hunter abilities and skills in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Read More...

More Characters Will Be Joining The Roster In Spider-Man’s Story
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of July 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Spider-Man Another bit of story is out there for the upcoming Spider-Man game and we have a look at the last of the pre-order Spider-Man suits from SDCC Just as many of us thought, Spider-Man for the PS4 was one of the big games out at SDCC that Marvel was out there showing off. It was not the only one, but that will be our focus on things right now as Insomniac Games’ version of the franchise will be landing here on September 7th and the other games looked at are out already or further out than that. All of that said, it looks like there will be even more characters than we thought in Spider-Man when it launches in all of the heroes, allies, villains, and anti-hero categories. At least if they keep some of how the latest to show up in the story close to here comic book counterpart. Read More...

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Kicks Some More Gameplay Into Your Faces
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of July 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed New gameplay for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is here and it gives the rest of us a taste of what was on the floor at E3 for this Assassin’s Creed title There is no denying that we had a good showing of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey out at E3 even though it was one of the worst kept secrets of the pre-show. It always seems the case for this franchise as of late and Ubisoft either needs to embrace it or figure out a way to keep that all hidden before large shows like this. That is not why we are here though, as while we had some good gameplay and demos to experience for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey on the floor, not everyone out there had a chance to see or experience them. Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey Has A Few New Screenshots To Speculate Over
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of June 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Ancestors Four new screenshots for Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey have popped up and they give us another hint as to what we may get to experience in Ancestors Another good chunk of time has passed since we last heard anything for Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey, so it seems about time we had something. Given that Panache Digital Games announced the game almost three years ago and we still have little to no clue on the inner workings of the game as of yet, one would think it is time. Just as last time, it is but only slightly. Read More...

Death Stranding’s Cast Is Expanded & We Finally Get Some Gameplay Out Of E3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of June 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Death Stranding There was more to see for Death Stranding out of E3 and it shows some new gameplay while keeping us all confused about what Death Stranding actually is Another of the titles we knew were going to be a focus for E3 this year was Death Stranding and many out there were hoping to get a better understanding of what the game is actually going to be about. That is besides being another weird adventure Kojima Productions is going to take us on and house a whole lot of famous actors and directors in the game. Star power can only go so far and even with adding the heroines of Death Stranding in the latest trailer, Léa Seydoux and Lindsay Wagner, we still have a lot we are waiting to get fully defined for the game. Have A Taste Of What You Missed For Spider-Man Out Of E3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Spider-Man There was more for Spider-Man shown out of E3 that you may have missed but we have more Spider-Man gameplay just for you As we all knew, there was going to be a whole lot of new footage and information out of E3 for Spider-Man this year. It is one of the last big pushes for the game that Insomniac Games has to do before launch for the game and we had plenty of warning before this event. None of that still seemed to be enough to prepare us for what was coming for Spider-Man here. There was a whole lot shown during the official media showcase, but there was also a whole lot shown on the floor if you took the time to stand in line and give it all a chance. Read More...

Like a whole lot of new gameplay out of E3 here. We are talking upwards or twelve minutes of new gameplay that Naughty Dog has put together to show off just how the game looks and acts. Enough to get us all riled up again for The Last Of Us Part II and ignore the fact that we still have no release date or window defined for the game. We will all live for now as there are many other games to hold us over on the PS4 and that we will not be adding to the list of February games we already have had. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This has totally been a week of video games to lead up to this year's E3. It could have been something that could have been extremely slow, but it looks like everyone out there was down to give us all a whole lot before the show. We had a nice release date for Days Gone dropped on us, a whole lot for two video games in The Walking Dead franchise, and a new Hitman title on the way. Detroit: Become Human Is About To Launch & We Have A New Trailer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of May 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Detroit The launch trailer for Detroit: Become Human is here to give us one last look at this version of Detroit and get us further pumped up for the game With Detroit: Become Human launching on May 25th it seems high time for that launch trailer to hit us all. That just happens to be what we have here to enjoy today to give us all a little more of the story we are going to get here as well as a nice little look at what else Quantic Dream has crafted. Just like every other launch trailer out there though, it is more sizzle for Detroit: Become Human and less substance. This is a good thing though as I know I would not want to have much of the game's story spoiled only a few days out from launch. Read More...
