A listing on Spanish site XtraLife points more to The Last Of Us making its PS4 debut… On June 19th… For about $90 USD… Last week we heard a rumor that The Last Of Us was going to be making a jump into the next-gen with a port to the PS4. None of that has been confirmed to date. Now we are seeing a little more to the rumor or at least a website's way of scamming gamers out of some cold hard cash for the amazing game. The Last Of Us — Left Behind DLC is now out for you to scare your loved ones with. The wait is now over as The Last Of Us Left Behind story DLC is now out for us to play and expand the story of the main game. This part being one of the aspects of the story I am excited to dig into. I am a little torn between this and the Titanfall beta but from the following trailer I think I may have to take a break and give this DLC its proper attention before all the romance stuff required by Hallmark tonight. At The 17th Annual DICE Awards Last Night (2/6/14) It Looks Like The Last Of Us Cleaned Up Nicely. The Amazing Title Racked Up 10 Awards. Last night (2/6/14) wrapped up the 17th Annual DICE Awards and it looks like there was one clear winner; The Last Of Us from Naughty Dog. It picked up almost every win that it was nominated for to boot on losing out to titles like BioShock Infinite, World Of Tanks, GTAV, and technically The Last Of Us (It had two nominations in one category). In fact those were the only three that The Last Of Us didn't pick up out of the thirteen categories it was nominated for. Check out the new trailer for The Last Of Us Left Behind DLC. It is rife with hints as to what is going on in this story DLC. So last we heard about The Last Of Us DLC was just that it was coming and a short glimpse of what to expect in the Left Behind story add-on. Don't worry yourself with trying to look up any of that information because if you still haven't heard the DLC will be out on February 14th and as for the trailer, you can just watch the first little bit of the following video. A New Story DLC Pack Has Been Announced For The Last Of Us Titled Left Behind. Check Out The Trailer If you have not played The Last Of Us yet or at least made it about half way through I would recommend not reading much more or even watching the clip below as it does link up to one of my favorite parts of Ellie's past. That part being where she talks about how she survived with her friend only to have her friend get infected and forcing Ellie to go solo. I'll fully admit that when I first saw The Last Of Us back in December of 2011 I was impressed with the visuals but not really the setting or enemies. I believe I harshed on it being another post-apocalypse title trying to cash in on the 'end of the world' scenario that is still kind of all the rage. Up until recently the story of The Last Of Us has been a little bit on the generic "post outbreak apocalypse" side of things. The basics as well. There was a fungus that mutated most of the world into crazed, facial-athletes foot looking, beat-up-the-normies kind of beasts. Then there is Joel and Ellie trying to survive a bit longer while being hunted by both the fungi-people and all the humans who turn to filth because they can. I'll be honest; I have not been overly excited about The Last Of Us. Go ahead and read any of my stuff on the game. With the past trailers and screens it really just feels like another post apocalypse game. To go further, it feels like Naughty Dog has paid off other sites and journalists to hype the game more than they should.
