by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 20th of December 2022 - 06:00 PM ]
Immortals Another FPS, Immortals Of Aveum, is on the way to us all with this one bringing us Immortals mixed with a magic shooter game There is certainly not going to be a lack of first-person shooting titles out there on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC and more so with the announcement we have for Immortals Of Aveum. This will be the debut title for Ascendant Studios that will bring more of a solid pedigree of developers back to the market and let them build what they do best. Given that some of them come from the Call Of Duty world, it would make sense that we can expect a decent FPS with Immortals Of Aveum. Read More...

The Ascent Is Bringing Us Some More Cyberpunk Fun In 2021
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 29th of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Ascent The release window for The Ascent is now set in 2021 but we have a plethora of new gameplay for The Ascent to see now We will not be seeing The Ascent on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC this year, but that is okay as it does look like it will be worth the wait. I say this as we have some new gameplay here that Neon Giant has put together to show how they are vastly improving things from what we saw before. The Ascent looked amazing before now and here we go and see a whole lot more for the game and a few of the ways that this action-RPG has been evolved. Especially when you see that we will have some cutscenes in the game where it was assumed that it would not be the case before. Read More...

This will be the first title from Neon Giant out there and should be coming around the time that the new console drops on us. That is the plan, at least, and I have a feeling that Curve Digital will make certain that will happen. None of which gives us much of the details for The Ascent as of right now, but that will be coming if you keep reading along or just jump down to the reveal trailer that came along with this announcement. Nascence Could Be Driving Our Fears & Expand A Universe
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 6th of February 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Nascence A new psychological horror title, Nascence, is coming from the Anna developer and potentially leading to a Nascence — Anna’s Songs universe It looks like we will not be short on horror video games this year as we now have Nascence to add to the list of titles that are coming. Surprisingly enough, this one is listed as a PC and Next-Gen title so we might have another PS5 and Xbox Series X title to look forward to. Which will be interesting, as it is also a follow up to Dreampainters' last title Anna. In fact, Nascence looks to kick off a new anthology or expanded universe type franchise titled Anna's Songs. Concept Art For Visceral's Star Wars Have Come Out As Well As An Update
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of July 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Star Wars During London's Star Wars celebration event we received a few new bits of concept are for the Star Wars Visceral is working for us We all know that EA is holding onto that Star Wars IP with an iron grip and forcing pretty much all of their development studios to work on the IP in some way or another. One of which would be Visceral Games that we all know for the Dead Space titles and the most recent Battlefield Hardline title; also they are the studio who picked up Amy Hennig of Uncharted fame. Of course it makes sense that they would have them working on another Star Wars addition into the video game world and it looks like we have a bit of an update and some pieces of concept art to work with as we wait and see. A New Trailer For Caffeine Shows Why It Is A Necessity
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of May 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
We have a new trailer for Caffeine and a new Indiegogo Campaign to try and get the game up off the floor Caffeine has been one of those titles as of late that seems to not have been able to gain much traction. It's going into its third Indiegogo campaign to try and raise funds to keep the developer working on it. Gods bless them as they keep trying and keep putting out more and more looks at Caffeine to show there is progress even though I am sure it is not at as fast of a pace that we all would want. I've said it many times already that Caffeine looks like it could be another great space horror title the likes of Dead Space or F. Read More...

Now queue the wacky sounds and inappropriate screams as we move on to watch what Visceral Games and EA have to show us to try and lure in those who are still holding out on Battlefield Hardline. Most of you won't even see the difference but those in the know throw around the numbers and you latch on as you know the difference. Read More...

Visceral Games Had A Lot To Take On For Battlefield Hardline
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 28th of January 2015 - 10:01 PM ]
The first developer diary for Battlefield Hardline has been released at it shows all of the care that Visceral Games took to make it the best yet I have been impressed with what I have seen for Battlefield Hardline up until now. It really looks like a next gen title as well as a welcomed, at least by me, deviation from the standard warfare title that Battlefield has almost always been. Of course we have Visceral Games to thank for that as they are the ones finally helming a full version of a Battlefield title with Battlefield Hardline and not some DLC add-on. The better question though is what have they done to get the game to where it is right now. Read More...
