The Ascent Is Finally Rising Up To The PlayStation Platforms

Ascent

More platforms will see The Ascent land on it as the PlayStation consoles will have The Ascent added in now

It may have taken quite a bit of time, but it looks like The Ascent is now on its way over to the PS4 and PS5 soon. The game has been out on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC for quite a while now, and Neon Giant is finally ready to bring it all over to the new systems. Those holding out for The Ascent to finally come to the PlayStation can sit back and know that their patience has been paid off. Even if you have most likely seen some of the gameplay videos out there for the other systems up to now. No matter the case, you can get the game on either of these new platforms on March 24th out there.

In addition to The Ascent coming over to the new platforms, you can pick up an exclusive weapon for the PlayStation if you want to pre-order it all. It feels a bit odd to have a new exclusive weapon added into the game after The Ascent has been out for so long, but I have a feeling it will only be a timed thing at the end of it all. Just as many of the pre-order options out there end up being. Granted, it is just a blue laser sight added on to the weapon to go along with the console color scheme, but it could be something that someone else may want out there. I guess we will find out as time marches forward.

The Ascent — PlayStation Announcement

The Ascent is a successful solo or co-op action shooter RPG, now available to all Indents on PS4 & PS5, launching March 24th, 2022.

Check out the PlayStation pre-order weapon exclusive to dive into the world of Veles with a BANG!

Annihilate your enemies with the RPEG 33, an energy-type Rocket Launcher with a unique laser sight in the console’s signature blue, only available when pre-ordering The Ascent on PlayStation.

Have you been waiting for The Ascent to finally hit the PlayStation or did you dive in on the other platforms already? Do you think it will be worth it to pre-order for this one little thing or will it be an update that we see down the line anyway? Should we be holding out for the game to head over to the Switch now or will it just be more of the DLC content we get over time? Let us all know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all. If we have more for The Ascent, we will share it all here. Please keep checking back for all of that and much, much more.
