Get Ready To Enter The Tunnels Of Terror In Back 4 Blood
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of April 2022 - 05:00 PM ]
Back 4 Blood The first expansion for Back 4 Blood is almost here and it looks like we are getting a whole lot added into Back 4 Blood Some of us have been waiting patiently and others not so much for the first big expansion for Back 4 Blood. We still have a little bit more to wait for it, but Turtle Rock is still bringing it all to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on April 12th. Just a bit of a wait for it all, but it does look like it could be offering us all quite a bit of new content for Back 4 Blood. I mean, it will be taking us all to a new level of body horror and underground. Read More...

Review — Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of April 2022 - 09:00 PM ]
Wonderlands We sit down and review Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. A trip back into the fantasy lands of the Borderlands. Here is our review of Wonderlands Sometimes DLC falls flat and sometimes DLC takes off and becomes its own thing, which is the case we have here for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Not that we are seeing Gearbox slap on some DLC from past titles, but taking an idea that so many loved and giving us all a full game instead of a small segment to it all. All of which would be a gross simplification of what Wonderlands actually is, but someone needed a good intro here, Bay Bay!. Now we can dive in to see just how well this all translated over and if it is worth your time and money to spin up a game of Bunkers & Badasses. Read More...

The Quarry Shows Why You Should Not Cry Bigfoot
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of April 2022 - 05:00 PM ]
Quarry Another podcast for The Quarry opens up a bit more on cryptids and a bit of gameplay for The Quarry Things keep progressing here for The Quarry as we get ever so closer to that June 10th release date we are all waiting for. At least if you are a fan of horror games and the ones that Supermassive Games have given us over the years. Now that they have 2K backing them and getting more of the bigger named actors mixed in, I can see why they are all thinking that The Quarry will be the next big one for them. The track record does hold up. Read More...

Hood: Outlaws & Legends Is Crossing Over To All Platforms Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of April 2022 - 05:00 PM ]
Hood A new update for Hood: Outlaws & Legends is here to all for all platforms to have a cross-platform experience with our Hood characters It was as good of a time as any, and now the next update for Hood: Outlaws & Legends is here just as the game heads out for the PlayStation Plus subscribers. I am sure that it had nothing to do with it at all, but the time is great for Sumo Digital to get it out there as it allows for players on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC to play the game and squad up no matter how they are playing it. Now that there should be a mass of new players coming into Hood, this should give the game a little more of an explosion and fun for all to have. Read More...

PlayStation PlayStation Plus is finally folding PlayStation Now into one specific service for us all It was one of the worst kept secrets and, thankfully, the rumors can now stop with the announcement we have for PlayStation Plus and how things are going to be changing for the service. Even if it does mean that PlayStation Now is slightly going away and we will see this service wrapped up in the new one here. All so we can get those classic PS1, PS2, and PS3 titles on the PS4 or PS5 depending on where you are in the cycle here. Read More...

Have A New Take On The Match-3 Gameplay With Matcho
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 31st of March 2022 - 07:00 PM ]
Matcho A new kind of FPS is announced, Matcho, with Matcho leaning into a Match-3 style of gameplay to bring down our enemies Sometimes it is hard to stand out in the world of FPS titles and you need to pick up some kind of gimmick to stand out. In the case of Matcho, it is not creating some new horde mode or completely redefining the genre, it is all about adding in another type of game in the mix. A bold move from FiolaSoft Studio for the game, but given what we have to look at here, it looks like the Match-3 kind of play works. Yes, Matcho will be an FPS that uses a matching game in the mix of the shooting to bring an end to all of the enemies on the screen. Read More...
