Last we saw and heard from Red Barrels about this game was back in January and it was just a basic screenshot that really didn't provide us all with much of anything. Outlast 2 The first screenshot for Outlast 2 has been released to show how evolved the gameplay will be in Outlast 2 over its predecessor It has been a few months since we had a nice teaser for Outlast 2 and some form of update on the game progress in development from Red Barrels. As we roll into 2016 we are most likely going to get a whole lot more on this amazing horror game that is still slated for a Halloween release on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Outlast 2 A new teaser trailer for Outlast 2 has been released and a small update on the development for Outlast 2 has been issued from the developer It's been almost a year to the day that we had confirmation that Outlast 2 was in the works. When such a small title that hit so hard as Outlast did sells more that 3.5 million copies it should be quite easy for Red Barrels to work on the sequel. PAX East was home to many Indie games this year. So many, that most of the games were located in a section called the Indie Mega Booth. Outlast was one of the games that had their setup in this area. Outlast comes from the brand new indie developers Red Barrels. The company is a 10 man team from Montreal, with each person having experience working with companies such as THQ, EA, and Ubisoft. The team joined up to create and deliver incredibly unforgettable single-player games.
