King's Quest Just Silently Received An Epilogue Episode For Us To Enjoy
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of December 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
King's Quest A new episode for King's Quest has been released for all who happened to own the full season of King's Quest with very little notice given at all Here we go with yet another odd holiday gift, and seemingly out of nowhere, but a new episode of King's Quest has been released this week to those who have been playing close attention to the title the whole time. It looks like The Odd Gentlemen have given us one more episode in terms of an epilogue to the whole story and did so with nothing more than a mere tweet out there. Seems kind of strange to not boast this in any other form, especially given how Sierra Entertainment has been with King's Quest since they first brought it out so long ago, but none the less we have it and it is currently out there to download and hopefully enjoy. Have An Interactive Experience Of Little Nightmares Right Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of October 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares A new interactive experience for Little Nightmares has been released online so we can have a small taste of Little Nightmares while we wait Not that long ago we had a nice little teaser for a new game called Little Nightmares. It was nice, short, and gave us a small taste of what Tarsier Studios is aiming to bring us Next year on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It was a nice taste but really only showed Little Nightmares as a platforming title that looks to use a lot of Tim Burton's visuals; at least at first glance. We aren't the only ones who see it this way but that may have been the thought so Bandai Namco has put together a nice little interactive experience for Little Nightmares to give us a better showing. New Details For Little Nightmares Have Sprung Up To Fuel Our Dreams
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of September 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares New gameplay details for Little Nightmares have popped up as well as a little bit on what is going on in Little Nightmares' story If you were paying close attention back at Gamescom you would have heard about Little Nightmares getting a nice little tease and announcement. This would be a new 3D platforming title from Tarsier Studios that looks like something inspired by the dreams of Tim Burton. Of course there is a lot more going on with Little Nightmares than just that but for the first trailer that Bandai Namco brought us for the game that is all we had to see. Now that some time has passed though, it looks like the development team is ready to get into a few more of the details of the game than before. Read More...

King's Quest 4th Episode Is Here To Show There's Snow Place Like Home
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of September 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
King's Quest The release date for the fourth episode of King's Quest has a date now and it looks like we have a reason for King's Quest's long delay between episodes Well holy hells, it looks like King's Quest didn't go dead in the water after the last episode as we now have a release date for the fourth episode now and it is September 27th. Just next week we'll get to continue The Odd Gentlemen's take on the franchise as we've all been waiting for this since April. That is one hell of a gap for King's Quest and I know I don't fully remember everything that happened before and I'm not talking about the original Sierra titles either. Read More...

The Childhood Game Of Hot Lava Just Became More 'Dangerous'
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 29th of August 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Hot Lava A new title from Klei, Hot Lava, has been announced and it aims to bring us the most epic game of Hot Lava from our childhood… hopefully If you thought you had some of the most epic games of Hot Lava when you were a kid then you might have to re-think a few things. As it turns out, it looks like Klei Entertainment (Don's Starve, Shank) is out to top them all with their version of the classic childhood game. They have just announced their new title is Hot Lava and it looks to place us all in the living room where the lava in the title isn't just in our imaginations but it is also something that can truly harm us. Or harm our avatars in the virtual world but you hopefully get the gist of it all by now. Read More...

Get Ready For More Night Terrors On Your Mobile Device Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 9th of August 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Night Terrors Another new trailer for Night Terrors has been released but sadly no solid update on how Night Terrors' development is going so far It's been a bit of time since we had a solid update on Night Terrors for our Android and iOS devices that will hopefully be coming soon. For those who don't happen to know or remember what this is supposed to be, it is a new Augmented Reality title coming from Novum Analytics that turns your real world home into a nightmare filled haunted house. We' spoken on Night Terrors a few times in the past as it went into its Indigogo campaign to try and get the funds to make sure the team could get all of their tech to work and all of us shitting our pants. History lesson over for now… Like I said though, it's been a bit of time since we saw a solid update on the goings on of Night Terrors and now we have yet another trailer to look at and get an idea of how far the team has progressed. E3 2016 Impressions — LEGO Dimensions
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 20th of June 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
LEGO Dimensions While at E3 I was able to see LEGO Dimensions in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on LEGO Dimensions When I first stepped into the very cushiony area to check out what was coming to LEGO Dimensions I was half expecting it to be something akin to all of the other toys-to-life genre titles in the way of a new disc and new toys to purchase. Of course with how TT Games has had everything set up it could have gone either way or at least the way that Warner Bros. would have wanted. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 10th of June 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This was a rough week, personally, but at least we had a whole lot of video games to keep everything flowing. We had a few confirmations like Watch Dogs 2 and Injustice 2 coming for E3 next week and we also had some great updates to other titles like XCOM 2 and Call Of Cthulu. This is also just the tip of the ice berg that will be the reveals and updates for video games though as we will be flushed with many more here in short order. E3 starts this weekend and this is when everything comes to light and into our eyes. Read More...

King's Quest The third episode of King’s Quest is now out and we have the latest trailer to show you all of the madness that we will get into in this episode of King's Quest We all knew before now that the latest episode of King's Quest was going to be on the romantic comedy side of things. This of course was all based on the early screenshots that The Odd Gentlemen put out there with a basic description. Now we have a nice new trailer for the new episode of King's Quest and we can see just how far on that side of things the team has taken the famed Sierra title. New Multiplayer VR Game Werewolves Within Has Been Outed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of March 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Werewolves Within A new VR game, Werewolves Within, has been announced and pits players against each other to see who truly has a Werewolves Within… The mainstream VR hardware is still a bit off from release and it looks like we have yet another odd game to add to the list as Werewolves Within has just been announced. While the title does sound a bit goofy it does look like Red Storm is trying to make something truly unique out of the gate for the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR. Werewolves Within wouldn't be a true Ubisoft game if it wasn't trying to capitalize on every available platform that it can right out the gate after all. Read More...
