Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Mark one more week in the bag for all of the fun we had for video games. Witchfire A new update for Witchfire has been dropped out there that gives us so much more to play with in Witchfire The updates keep on coming for Witchfire with the latest being one of the biggest ones since the game hit Early Access. If there is one thing that The Astronauts seem to be doing right, it is keeping this development going and updating as frequently as they can for this PC title. Mortal Kombat The next Mortal Kombat character, Ermac, is coming on back in with more souls into Mortal Kombat 1 The DLC keeps on flowing out there for Mortal Kombat 1 just as the blood and violence of the game. Here we have the next character coming back into the IP with NetherRealm Studios putting the final touches on Ermac. All so we can experience what he has to bring to the fight again on April 23rd. Re:Touring We sit down and review Re:Touring. Another first-person puzzle game just now hitting the consoles. Here is our review of Re:Touring It is always a nice time when we can get more puzzle games in our lives and break some of the stressful actions of life, so it is amazing that Re:Touring has finally made its way to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch for us all to play. A title that Sometimes You has been itching to get out there after the PC launch a while back. Deceit The console launch for Deceit 2 is finally here as we get more DLC and go free-to-play with Deceit 2 now Those waiting for the console release of Deceit 2 can now kick back and be happy, as it is finally here for the PS5. Okay, so not all consoles with the Xbox Series X|S still taking a little longer, but World Makers want to get the ball rolling in one way with the consoles. Especially as it leans into the free-to-play aspect for them and the PC version out there. PO’ed Classic shooter PO’ed is on its way back to us with the latest announcement for the PO’ed: Definitive Edition Add yet another of those classic titles from the 90s coming back to us with Nightdive Studios churning them all out, as we have the announcement for the PO’ed: Definitive Edition. A title that was given to the world back in 1995 and is now heading back out this year on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. It is a title that I am sure many missed from before, but with the extra weirdness the original PO’ed offered up to the gaming community then, it is sure to be fully embraced by the modern crowds too. Dead Season Another turn-based title, Dead Season, is revealed to the world to give us more zombies to kill at the height of this Dead Season We do not have any shortage of zombie games out there, and we are going to be further certain of this once Dead Season comes to the PC. This would be the next title that Snail Bit and Iceberg Interactive are working on that will give us more of the undead and in a turn-based tactical title. A genre that many thought to have died out, but just like the zombies coming at us in Dead Season, it keeps on coming back from the dead. Children Of The Sun With the launch of Children Of The Sun almost here, it is time to learn a few more facts for us all for Children Of The Sun Next week, we will all be able to give Children Of The Sun a chance on the PC with April 9th speeding right for us. We will be able to take aim and bring down all of the cult members in the game while also being able to challenge each other in the leaderboards. That all being the case, that does not mean that Devolver Digital did not get together one more look at Children Of The Sun for us so we can better understand what is about to go down. Starship Troopers A new expansion is on the way to Starship Troopers: Terran Command to take the fight to Earth for all of our Starship Troopers The fun of Starship Troopers: Terran Command is going to be expanding a bit more with the next DLC on its way to us this June. The next DLC that will have us looking at a whole new area of the IP with The Artistocrats bringing the fight deeper into the mix. If you have not jumped into the bug-squashing fun of the Starship Troopers universe with this title yet, it might be time to do that so you can be fully ready when Slitherine brings us the Urban Onslaught. South Park A new behind-the-scenes for South Park: Snow Day is out there to show off how South Park is coming further to 3D Get bundled up and ready to head out with South Park: Snow Day, as it hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC today. After a good chunk of waiting, Question Games is ready to show off how they are bringing the 2D world into a 3D space and let us have all of that fun the IP is known for. INDIKA The release date for INDIKA is set with early May being when we can start to pray with INDIKA We did not have to wait long since we had the gameplay for INDIKA that we now have a release date for the game. Something that was assumed to be a bit more of a wait, but it looks like Odd Meter is wrapping things up and 11 Bit Studios is getting it all ready to head on out into the wild. Now, we have a release date for the game and when we can dive into the Christian Mythology that INDIKA is going to offer.
