A release date for the Switch version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends Of The Zone is set to let all of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. fans take the game on the go
It has only taken a few extra months out there, but those Switch fans who wanted to see what was going on for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends Of The Zone trilogy will soon get that chance. Soon as in we will see a release of the set of games on the platform on Halloween after GSC Game World and MATABOO put in a whole lot of effort to make sure these older titles can run on the newer system. Well, newer and one that was not originally built to run games like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. on it. No matter the case, the Switch will see the game land there on October 31st. Mark the calendars and see if this will be a treat you are giving yourself after all of the tricks in the world.
If you missed all the hype for this back in March when it landed on the other platforms, this bundle of games brings us all of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. titles all in one spot. Well, Shadow Of Chornobyl, Clear Sky, and Call Of Prypiat to be more specific. This is not going to be a crafty way to get access to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 on the Switch before you think any of that. Just a way to be able to experience all of the older games in one space and with the visual and other changes needed to have it fit into the gaming space that is almost twenty years in the future from when it was released. There are still a few more years before that is truly the case, but it is closer than you might have thought at first. Nonetheless, have a look at this bundle of games running on the Switch just below and see if it is going to be something you are going to add to the list out there.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is a series of first-person survival shooters with horror and RPG elements, set in a dark, science fiction, post-apocalyptic world surrounding the Chornobyl nuclear power plant. The original trilogy includes S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow Of Chornobyl (2007), S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky (2008), and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call Of Prypiat (2009). The series is highly acclaimed for its unique worldview and gameplay, with cumulative worldwide sales exceeding 15 million units.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends Of The Zone Trilogy is an updated edition of the original trilogy, published for PlayStation and Xbox platforms on March 7, 2024, and available on Nintendo Switch on October 31, 2024.
