by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 23rd of July 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Fable A new Fable title was announced from the Xbox Briefing and we have a new teaser video to see where it will take the Fable IP Mark down another title that was rumored and then confirmed, as a new Fable title is in the works and heading to the Xbox Series X and PC at some point. Yes, it looks like a new one is coming and coming from Playground Games to bring all of the fans back into this fantasy world. How they will be doing that is still a bit of a mystery with us only getting a cinematic video that ends with the Fable title. Just know that it is coming and will have some of the same elements that we would want in the game. Read More...

Psychonauts 2 Takes Us Into Even More Trippy Worlds In The Latest Trailer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 23rd of July 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Psychonauts New gameplay for Psychonauts 2 is here with some of the soothing vocals from Jack Black playing a role in Psychonauts 2 too You have been wanting new video for Psychonauts 2 and now we are here to share more of that fresh from the Xbox Showcase that just took place. While we still need to wait until 2021 to get to play the game on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC, we do have something new to look at for the game and the announcement from Double Fine that it will be upgraded for the Xbox Series X when it launches. No word on if the PS5 will get the same treatment, but I have a feeling that will not be the case. Nonetheless, we have more to look at for Psychonauts 2 along with the vocal styling of Jack Black singing a song that we can presume will be in the final game. Read More...

Mafia: Definitive Edition Brings Some New & Amazing Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of July 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Mafia The first gameplay for the Mafia: Definitive Edition is here to show how amazing this Mafia remake is going to look when it drops Get your eyes ready for something special, as we have a look at the first gameplay for the Mafia: Definitive Edition here in all of its 4K glory. That is not an understatement here when you finally take in what Hangar 13 did to get the game up and running for the PS4, Xbox One, and then better for the PC. This is not just some resampling for things from the original Mafia title in 2002 but a full remake in many different ways. Something I was worried was not going to be the issue but 2K Games has put in all the funds to get this to be a true definitive edition of the title. Read More...

A new demolition derby style game set in a futuristic-looking world with various other things going on. It caught the eye of some and was missed by others, sadly. Now it looks like Lucid Games is going to tease Destruction AllStars just a bit more by giving us a few more screenshots to take in and enjoy as we wait for the game to release and/or show off more video as we wait. Get Ready To Soon Take On A Tale Of Paper
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 21st of July 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
A Tale Of Paper A new indie project, A Tale Of Paper, is coming to the PS4 and it looks like A Tale Of Paper will tell a story from an interesting perspective It might sound odd at first, but no, A Tale Of Paper is not a new title about the wonders of paperwork and filing. It does sound like that would be the case but what we have here from Open House Games looks to be a new platforming title to entice us all in and take a look at the world from a different point of view. At the end of the day, A Tale Of Paper will be an exploration title with what looks to be some platforming elements for the PS4. It might be much more than that if we want to dig deeper, though, as it shows off a new way that a sentient piece of paper might look at the world. Read More...

Death Stranding Launches Onto PC With One More Updated Look
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 14th of July 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Death Stranding One more look at the PC features for Death Stranding is here as we get ready to go at the story set out there for Death Stranding one more time The day is finally upon us and those holding out to play Death Stranding on the PC will have their chance. Pretty much as you are reading this, you will have a chance to see what the PS4 gamers had to experience from Kojima Productions that weirdly emulated the current state of the world we are all in. A bit of a different degree given where Death Stranding goes to, but still a bunch of humans bunkered down and relying on delivery people to keep them all alive. Seems a bit to spot on, but we can all see what we want to see in our entertainment and such. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 7/6/20 — 7/10/20
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 10th of July 2020 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week We are finally over with this week and can now focus more on some of those video games we had to let collect dust here while we worked. To say this was a rough week would be a bit of an understatement, but at least we had all of that footage from Little Hope and Outriders to keep us going in the mix of it all. Also more for other video games like Destroy All Humans and Marvel's Avengers yet again. All titles I wish we could get our hands on right now but still have a bit of a wait to go for them all. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 10th of July 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Remothered Remothered: Broken Porcelain is now aiming for an October release date as the team needs a little more time for this chapter of the Remothered story During the big reveals and drops of all the video games back in June, we had new gameplay for Remothered: Broken Porcelain drop on us and the release date set for August 25th. It was nice to see given all of the delays and pushes we have had as of late. Sadly, it looks like Stormind Games and Modus Games were not immune to all of this as we have a delay to report now. Even More Gameplay For The Dark Pictures: Little Hope Is Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 9th of July 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Little Hope Ten more minutes of gameplay for The Dark Pictures: Little Hope is here to get us further interested in the tale that Little Hope will offer up That did not take long, as we now have more gameplay to look at for The Dark Pictures: Little Hope just after it was given the October 30th release date for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If Supermassive Games keeps this up, we might get to see the whole story just before it launches. I mean, obviously they will not and there should be loads of surprised still left out there for Little Hope, but it always feels like this could be the way of things when we get nice chunks of gameplay for story-based games.
