by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of September 2024 - 07:00 PM ]
Mythwrecked Find a few of the chill places in Mythwrecked along with a bit more of the gameplay on the way with Mythwrecked: Ambrosia Island It is not every day that a video game offers up a way for us all to kick back and chill, but that seems to be one of the new features on the way for Mythwrecked: Ambrosia Island. As it looks, hunting down various things for the Gods out there in Polygon Treehouse's upcoming title might be a little stressful for our protagonist. That is why we are here to have a bit of a "chill" moment and see how the characters are going to unwind in Mythwrecked when they can actually take a moment to do so. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of September 2024 - 09:00 PM ]
Decadent A look at Decadent offers up some of the horror aspects of the game as well as how Madness will be handled when playing Decadent So many video games that go with the Lovecraftian style to it all try to dig into madness when it comes to the horror and here we go with Decadent taking a swing at it. This would be the upcoming title from Incantation Games and Fulqrum Publishing that is slated for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in 2025. Well before that release date, though, Decadent is offering a look at how the Madness will play in the game and maybe be a massive factor in how our protagonist survives all of the events of the game. A Dangerous Game Of Hide & Seek Is On The Way With A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of September 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
A Quiet Place Go behind the scenes once more for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead to see how the stealth mechanics will function in the world of A Quiet Place In A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, not only will we need to make sure we are quiet, but in many instances we are going to need to be able to stay hidden too. Even though the Death Angels in the world should be blind, it looks like there will be instances where Stormind Games has made it so they could bump into us in general. Sure, that could cause a sound but it would just be easier not to have that happen and keep all of the audio to a lower level in general. Read More...

A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead Is Offering More Sound Than Expected
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 4th of September 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
A Quiet Place Go behind the scenes with A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead to see how the team is further playing with sound based around A Quiet Place It is always weird to think of sound design when it comes to titles like A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, when it is supposed to be quiet, but it is a major factor when it comes to the gameplay. That said, we should probably have a good look at all of that and how Stormind Games is building things out to not only fit the film but make the game as engaging as possible. That would be the topic of the latest behind-the-scenes video we have from the Saber Interactive to show off the team's work. Read More...

Take A Rewind And See Some Of The Gameplay Coming With Lost Records: Bloom & Rage
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of September 2024 - 07:00 PM ]
Lost Records The gameplay for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is out there along with the dates we will be seeing the two different tapes for the Lost Records Get ready to head back to the 90s next year as we get the two different "tapes" for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage out there. Yes, it looks like we are getting another title split up from DON’T NOD to give us a well-rounded story of things out there. Not a terrible thing, usually, but it is always a weird thing when you find out that you cannot play the full game in one go. Given the narrative structure for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, though, we will give it all a pass as Tape 1 drops on February 18th, 2025, and Tape 2 will be joining on March 18th, 2025, for those who are playing on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
