The Evil Within is being seen as the next big thing in the horror genre for video games. It would make perfect sense that they would have something out in time for the holiday all about horror and fear; Halloween. Ok, so that headline is only half way true. Tango Gameworks and Bethesda are also looking for some awesome The Evil Within fan art or costumes inspired by everything they have released for the game so far and not just Boxman. You could also go with Nails-In-The-Face or Octo-Hair-Wavy-Girl if you are so inclined. Granted those names are made up by myself and not the "official" names being used by the studio or the publisher but if you look at the trailers and screen shots then mix in their 'clever' name for Boxman it is an easy assumption. Of course you do. In fact I have the game play that I got to watch for my E3 Impressions for The Evil Within here. Not exact as in step by step, but I do have all the sections that I was shown in the dark room. I knew if we waited patiently until the Eurogamer Expo that just took place we would get to see it in the wilds of the internet. I would be lying if I said that The Evil Within wasn't the biggest reason for me to go to E3 this year. Between TEW and Murdered I could have left fulfilled early. Even though I didn't get my hands on the game, I was overly impressed with what we were shown during the closed door demo. Here's a bit more on what got my jaw to drop and people screaming in the room. If you are a fan of Resident Evil 4 then you might as well already through your money at TEW. All of the game play mechanics, camera tricks, and scenarios that made RE4 and amazing game look to be what was used as the base for this game. Read More...

Talk about being tight lipped. While most other larger titles are getting new trailers and information spewed all over the internet leading up to E3 it looks like The Evil Within is holding back. Well holding back a bit as you will see a few "new" screenshots below but nothing new to add to the overall game. Big news in the world of witty cross-over card game simulators. Telltale Games has recently announced that Poker Night at the Inventory is getting a sequel. According to the Telltale's website, “Poker Night 2 is the unnecessary sequel to Poker Night at the Inventory! In the original game you played poker with a bunch of weirdoes for fame and fortune Team Fortress 2 items and the satisfaction of beating the odds.” The original game had you playing against Max from Sam&Max, Strong Bad from Homestar Runner, The Heavy from Team Fortress 2, and Tycho from Penny Arcade. The reboot of Devil May Cry is not only the best in the series, but breathes new life into the franchise. I personally cannot wait for a DMC 2. I know a lot of you guys cried foul when you saw the new design for Dante, and it's understandable, but at the same time you guys should all calm your damn tits. I thought the old Dante looked too much like a pretty-boy anime character and I really couldn't relate to him all too much.
