Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was totally a recovery week in video games for us over here and the industry in whole. Two of the bigger cons for the industry have now wrapped and we have a few more off in the near future and here we site continuing the coverage out of both of those major events. That's not to say that is all we have to cover for video games as we did get to see a whole lot more for Hellblade this week as we head toward the release date for that, but of course there was still a lot from Call Of Duty, Wolfenstein II, and Marvel Vs Capcom fresh out of SDCC and there is still plenty more to come. The Evil Within A new bit of gameplay for The Evil Within 2 has been released as well as the pre-order bonuses for The Evil Within 2 to help us along It looks as if all of the teasing for The Evil Within 2 has been put off and now we are going to get some solid new looks at the game as we head toward October 13th here. At least for now as it looks like Bethesda has for us a new look at the work that Tango Gameworks has done with a new gameplay trailer. Well, in-game trailer as it doesn't look like much of the mechanics of The Evil Within 2 are being shown here but more of the general look and feel of some of the actions to be taken in the game. The Evil Within 2 New screenshots for The Evil Within 2 have been shared out there and it shows even more of The Evil Within 2's horror we'll be seeing You wanted more The Evil Within 2 and now we have more. Not in the weird GIF video format that we had before when Bethesda was trying to show some off, but in the form of a few new screenshots that they have been dishing out there to show us the horrors that Tango Gameworks has prepared for us for October 13th when we get to dive back into this horror filled universe. Yes, it isn't much in the way of actual gameplay to be enjoyed, but it is another look at things so we can further see how The Evil Within 2 will look and feel. Resident Evil The re-release of Resident Evil Revelations is heading to the PS4 and Xbox One here soon so we can have almost the Resident Evil titles on the current gen systems It has just been announced that Resident Evil Revelations is getting re-released in North America for the PS4 and Xbox One. Yes, Capcom has yet another title in the franchise coming back out as we all wait for the DLC for the most recent addition to it all. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That ends another week in video games out here and even with the slowdown due to the American holiday, it was still a pretty decent one out there. Not overflowing with news and updates, but still just enough out there to keep things flowing. I mean it was more about the updates for Horizon Zero Dawn and Shadow Of Mordor, but other video games like Assassin’s Creed Origins had quite a bit of highlight and we learned about the physical version of LawBreakers that hopefully you picked up on the PC or are waiting for the PS4 version to open up. The Evil Within 2 Some new gameplay for The Evil Within 2 has just been released and it is what was shown for The Evil Within 2 at E3 this year Now that we've had The Evil Within 2 announced for a bit, let's talk about the lack of any real extended gameplay to look at for the game. It is supposed to release here on October 13th this year so for the most part Tango Gameworks should be close to having it all completed and should have something more than the little bit we've already seen out there. At least we'd like to think that way. Maybe Bethesda is just holding back on releasing any of The Evil Within 2's footage to keep the fear factor a bit higher and the suspense drawn out. Beyond Good & Evil At E3, Beyond Good & Evil 2 was officially announced and now we can see Beyond Good & Evil 2 running in-engine as well as some of the scale of the game's universe There has been one title on a lot of gamer's tongues and minds for quite some time now and with the rumors all over the place it was not that big of a shock that Ubisoft brought out the big guns at E3 and gave the world confirmation that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is going to be a thing. A big thing at that as they gave it a nice, long CG announcement trailer to build all of the hype. Hype that was built so much that I ran into quite a few people on the floor hoping to see some actual gameplay footage for Beyond Good & Evil 2 in some form or another. Read More...

The Evil Within 2 At E3 2017 The Evil Within 2 was officially announced with a lot of footage and gameplay, as well as The Evil Within 2's release date to look for There is always so much going on at E3 that a few things fall through the cracks and The Evil Within 2 didn't fall through, but it fell into a list of titles that just was not able to get covered on the show floor. Bethesda announced it during their BE3 event out there and then had a small "experience" on the show floor but it was nothing more than what Tango Gameworks has already shown before; from what I am told. Bethesda Now that the Bethesda event is done and over with, let's talk about that very underwhelming Bethesda conference this year Well, that was something. I remember when Bethesda said that they wouldn’t come to E3 unless they had something big. Of course, money and marketing will always win out over all else in the end. We Have You Covered With The Live Stream Straight From E3 2017 Not everything is going to be on the show floor of E3 2017 and because of that we have these huge press conferences and here we go with Bethesda's huge event just before the doors open for us all. Just as the games and announcements they have for E3 2017 not all of us will be able to be there on the show floor to see them as well. Resident Evil 7 The announced free DLC for Resident Evil 7, Not A Hero, has been delayed but it looks like we will get more top-notch Resident Evil 7 gaming soon Like many other titles that promised something by Spring of 2017, it looks like Resident Evil 7 is going to be added to that list as it seems the Not A Hero DLC has been delayed. Not a huge deal given how well the game and current DLC are going, but none the less it looks like Capcom needs more time for this DLC and we are going to have to wait. How long? Read More...

Resident Evil 7 The final video for Resident Evil 7 making of series has released and shows us just of Resident Evil 7's iconic house was crafted in many ways All good things come to an end and as it seems, the Resident Evil 7 making of videos are now wrapped up as the final one has just dropped. All of this was Capcom's way to show us how the game was made to scare us all a bit more but also to help bridge the gap as we wait for the next additions to the game to come. Resident Evil 7 The third video for Resident Evil 7's making of series has been released and we get to see just how Resident Evil 7 got the VR support it has It's not uncommon that the wants and needs of gamers help shape their games, but as it turns out for Resident Evil 7, it looks like we all were the basis for one specific feature to be added into the game. That feature being the VR support that came with the PS4 version of the game as it turns out that Capcom wasn't originally keen on having it in there.
