Scarf Will Be Launching Out There For Us Before The End Of The Year
by Jana Lass [ Friday, 3rd of December 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
Scarf The release for Scarf is set down and gamers can look to be playing Scarf before the end of this month The announcement for Scarf feels like it happened so very long ago. It has been a while since we covered anything for the game on the site, but it looks like Uprising Studios was just taking their time to make sure the game was done to their liking and that THQ Nordic would be happy with the returns. That all said, it looks like we are going to get to see how Scarf fares out there with the release date set for the game. A date that will have the game on the PC on December 23rd for those looking to have a nice Christmas adventure platformer to pull them away from the family out there. Read More...

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Is Back With More Steve Caballero
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of May 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Tony Hawk Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 was announced last week and now we get a bit more on some of the skaters besides Tony Hawk that will be back There was big news last week when Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater was announced to be getting a remaster or a remake for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Given how the visuals look here, I am going to side with Vicarious Visions doing a full remake as there would be much more work to keep things from the original title and just slapping on some fresh paint. Nonetheless, they are doing it and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater is coming back. It is also coming back with some of those classic names in skating besides the one on the title of the game. Read More...

Gwent: The Witcher Card Game Has Officially Left Its Beta Stage
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of October 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Gwent After a long stint in beta, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is now officially released and everyone can enjoy the final form of Gwent on their PC The time has come and now Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is officially launching out there on the PC and will be in beta no more. It is hard to think that it has been in this situation for so long, but it looks like CD Projekt RED has found their game to be ready for the free market out there. Even after so many professional Gwent events that have been run while still in its beta form. I will not knock it, but it seems a bit odd in general. Read More...

A New 3D Adventure Games Is Coming By The Way Of Scarf
by Duke Searles [ Tuesday, 14th of August 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Scarf A new announcement for a game called Scarf is here and it will let us explore a new world using the polymorphic powers of a Scarf among other things Add one more 3D Adventure game to the list to keep an eye on as now we have Scarf to look forward to so we can keep scratching that itch. It always seems to come back in the mix of all of the other larger-scale titles releasing and it looks like Uprising Studios, with the help of THQ Nordic, will be giving us a nice break this Winter or early in 2019 on the PC. That seems like the perfect time for a game called Scarf to release in my book. Seeing how it also looks to handle here, it could be another great break to distract us and get us back into the exploring aspect of video games. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of May 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Crash Bandicoot A massive gameplay dump for the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is here and it shows off just how all these Crash Bandicoot titles have been fully updated More gameplay for the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy that is coming to the PS4 on June 30th has just been dropped and it is another massive bit. We've had a few teases given out from Activision over the last few weeks, but here it looks like Vicarious Visions has opted to sit down and dole out close to a half-hour demo of the titles in the bundle and we all get to sit back and watch. It also looks like they didn't stick to just one title in the Crash Bandicoot franchise that will be part of this new bundled remaster, so there is a lot to take in on top of all of that. Just How Transformed Is The Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 10th of May 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Crash Bandicoot Two new videos for the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy have popped up to give us a feel for how the original Crash Bandicoot games have been updated So far we've seen what the updates for Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will look like and how some of the levels have been altered to handle better and not just look better. We are talking some very old games here that Vicarious Visions is bringing back to us and it isn't something as easy as a texture swap to get the levels and characters looking as they do on the PS4. Some gamers out there don't have a good frame of reference though for where Crash Bandicoot is coming from and what has truly gone into the update that Activision is bringing us. Read More...
