Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week One more week in the bag and onward to the next and what wonders it may hold for our video games. My guess is that it will have a light load for next week given that it is SDCC and most of it will be rehashed versions of things from E3. I just hope we get more of the positive news for our video games instead of the delays for Psychonauts 2 and very little for Shenmue III we had this week. Tomorrow (7/9/19) gamers will be able to play the latest content expansion for the game that Treyarch has put together and it looks like a whole lot more of the zombies will be out in force. Call Of Duty The next Call Of Duty title is officially announced and it looks like it will indeed be Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare The time is finally here and it is time to reveal what this year's Call Of Duty will be, and it will be…Modern Warfare. Yes, it looks like all of the rumors are true and Infinity Ward will be back bringing us a reboot to the Modern Warfare line of the franchise. It messes up the numbering, sure, but at least we are set to get back on track with a single-player campaign and some over-the-top visuals as you can see in the trailer that released with this announcement. There has been a lot of excitement for the game and quite a few reservations held with Treyarch going with a multiplayer heavy option for the game. It seems like an odd choice to go there, I am a single-player fan after all, but we will see if it all pans out and makes huge profits for the studio and Activision.
