Star Wars Another Star Wars title is on the way to us all with the recent announcement we have here for Star Wars Zero Company A new team is on the way to get things done with the latest announcement that we have here for Star Wars Zero Company. A new title in the works for the universe coming from Bit Reactor and Respawn Entertainment when all is said and done. This title will move us away from the usual high-action and fast-paced lightsaber swinging of the many other games out there and place us all into a fun new turn-based tactical game. Twisted Metal The release date for the second season of Twisted Metal is finally set with the Twisted Metal kicking off by the end of July The second season for Twisted Metal will be riding up on us sooner than some might have thought and this Summer is going to be an explosive one. If you have not had a chance to see season one of the show, it is currently streaming on Peacock for you to enjoy. Just ahead of the April 24th release date for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, Sandfall Interactive has offered up a look at Monoco from the game. This happens to be one of the few playable characters that are not just another human in the mix of Expedition 33. World War Z The carnage of World War Z keeps on going with another big community challenge update here for World War Z: Aftermath Those damn zed will just not stay down and that means we have a lot more to play out there in the world of World War Z: Aftermath. Okay, maybe it is not the zed specifically that are not staying down, but the community that Saber Interactive has been able to foster over the years with the game and the World War Z IP. It is still going strong on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC out there. Tony Hawk There is more of the Tony Hawk fun coming out there with Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 heading to the Switch 2 as well It should come as no surprise that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is now on the way to the Nintendo Switch 2. This most likely would have been part of the original announcement for the game if Iron Galaxy Studios and Activision did not have to wait for the new console to get its official showcase, but that is a whole different can of worms. We now know that it is officially coming and not going to be part of some backwards play for those who are picking it up on the original Switch. Even if that might be the best option this coming July 11th with how the new console is being handled in the States currently and if you will even be able to have it before this new Tony Hawk remake title drops out there. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This certainly was one week of video games out there to help distract us all from the horrors of the real world once again. Not only did we get to see new horrors like Finding Frankie and Amber Alert get some highlights, but we also were able to see something for Five Nights At Freddy’s 2 and the full announcement for the Nintendo Switch 2 in the mix of all of these video games out there. Even if it does look and sound like many are going to have to wait longer for that console to finally launch out there. Expedition The next character for the Expedition is finally here with a bigger warrior here for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 The fight carries on in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and now we have a good look at one of the characters that will be doing a lot of the physical damage along the way. At least this is all based on the description that Sandfall Interactive has given us for Sciel in the game and the gameplay we have to look at for them. Painkiller A new take on Painkiller is on the way to us with the announcement we have for Painkiller for the modern age Talk about a blast from the past, pun intended, with Painkiller coming back at us after more than two decades of nothing for the IP. Not in the way of a remaster on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC but in the way of a new take on the IP for the modern age. All as Anshar Studios and 3D Realms aims to give us more of the gun fights that will get us further into Purgatory and maybe into Heaven by the end of it all.
