Well it seems Utah is not as conservative after all. Utah Governor Jon Huntsman (r) has vetoes video games and movie retail restriction bill. It was almost two months ago that Capcom announced exclusive Xbox 360 and PlayStaion 3 console bundles exclusive to Japan.
