Injustice 2 Black Manta has his first bit of gameplay for Injustice 2 and he shows off how well he can dominate a match and everyone in Injustice 2 this September We saw Black Manta get the official add to Injustice 2 last week and now here we are with our first gameplay trailer for the DLC character just before he hits the game on September 12th here. There are many people excited for this character to land in the game since it became one of the least concealed secrets from NetherRealm Studios. I am not to particular excited just for the character, but I am glad to see that the Injustice 2 roster is getting expanded just a bit more and giving us all an extra rival battle to have. South Park More gameplay for South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been released for Gamescom & it goes into more of the crafting system for this South Park game Last year at Gamescom South Park: The Fractured But Whole had a nice showing of the game at the state it was at that also came with a 4D experience of being able to smell the farts that were being produced. It was something to say you did and it gave Ubisoft a chance to spend more money promoting a title that was later delayed for almost another year. Injustice 2 Fighter pack two has been shown off for Injustice 2 and it looks like a few of the rumored Injustice 2 fighters are coming with a surprise Here we go with the next set of fighters coming to Injustice 2 now as the Fighter Pack 2 DLC has just been announced during a stream going on for Gamescom. Not the most shocking of news as NetherRealm Studios did tease this a bit just for the convention here, but here we go with the three new fighters we can expect. Far Cry 5 New gameplay for Far Cry 5 is out there from Gamescom and it shows off some of the mini-games of Far Cry 5 as well as other ways to save the innocent If you wanted more Far Cry 5 then you have it. In fact, we have a whole lot more of the game here in terms of gameplay as Ubisoft takes us all on an extended look at some of the current gameplay being floated around out there to show off many other aspects of the game. It has been released here for Gamescom, but as it sounds, this is a slice of footage from back as far as E3 when they were showing off Far Cry 5 during that show. None of it was seen by me personally so I have a feeling it was all "behind closed doors" or for "privileged media" to experience, but now it is here and adds in a few things that we may or may not have wanted for the game. There is no doubt in that as we've already seen what the minds over at Tango Gameworks have made before and what they are already bringing to the game here now. A sequel to the amazing Q.U.B.E. title has been announced and we can look to be back in the saddle with Q.U.B.E. 2 next year It's been a long time coming, but Q.U.B.E. 2 has been announced and is in development to carry the whole IP along into the next generation. That sounds like a bad 80s slogan; I know. Blade Runner While out at SDCC we had a chance to check out the Blade Runner 2049 off-site event. Here's what we experienced for Blade Runner 2049 at SDCC 2017 Given that Blade Runner 2049 will be hitting theaters soon, October 6th, it makes sense that there would be a big thing out at SDCC to show it all off and build even more hype for the film. A big thing it was too as one of the larger parking lots near the convention center was taken over by a massive tent that only displayed the film's name but held many fun things inside; that is if you were willing to wait in the extremely long lines to get in. Thankfully though, the Blade Runner 2049 experience out there was handled rather well and offered up two different experiences for fans to check out. Read More...

The Evil Within 2 New details on The Evil Within 2's customization options have been given and it looks like The Evil Within 2 will play more how we all want and not on rails If you were hoping that The Evil Within 2 was going to be exactly like the last version of the game where you were directed down very specific paths to get through all of the horror out there, then you'll be glad to know that can still be an option for you. If that kind of game isn't for you, then you'll be happy too as it looks like Tango Gameworks has crafted the game with you in mind as well as it will be more open for exploration and have upgrades and crafting mixed in to give you an action-horror if that is your jam. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was totally a recovery week in video games for us over here and the industry in whole. Two of the bigger cons for the industry have now wrapped and we have a few more off in the near future and here we site continuing the coverage out of both of those major events. That's not to say that is all we have to cover for video games as we did get to see a whole lot more for Hellblade this week as we head toward the release date for that, but of course there was still a lot from Call Of Duty, Wolfenstein II, and Marvel Vs Capcom fresh out of SDCC and there is still plenty more to come. The Tick While out at SDCC we had a chance to check out The Tick Takeover off-site event. Here's what we experienced for The Tick Takeover at SDCC 2017 Out at San Diego Comic Con there was a huge push for The Tick's new live action TV series and all the bells and whistles that go with that. It makes perfect sense given the source material coming from the pages of the comics, the convention in general, and the fact that Amazon would really want to push to get as many people looking at the new show as possible. That is of course why they took over a large portion of the off-site real estate out there and set up The Tick Takeover for fans new and old to come and experience what the show would be bringing and also give us all kind of a real world video game to play in the mix. Call Of Duty The Nazi Zombies mode for Call Of Duty: WWII was fully shown off at SDCC and a whole lot of new Call Of Duty: WWII information came with it Unless you've been hiding under a rock and skipped all of the Call Of Duty: WWII news from last week, then you most likely saw the officially announcement of the Nazi Zombies mode that will be coming to the game when it launches on November 3rd. The trailer was leaked and Sledgehammer Games asked everyone to wait for the official reveal. The Wolf Among Us The second season for The Wolf Among Us has been confirmed and fans of The Wolf Among Us only had to wait four years for it Well it only took four years since the first season of The Wolf Among Us ended, but now we have a second season to look forward to. Before you try to do all of the math on that and tell me that Telltale Games brought the game out only three years ago, it sadly looks like this second season will not be out until the Summer of 2018 at the earliest. The Wolf Among Us' first season wrapped on July 8th of 2014, so the math is sound again. But enough on all of that and the sadness that will remind us all of. Read More...

Injustice 2 The first gameplay look for Injustice 2's Starfire has landed and it looks like more Injustice 2 premiere skins are on the way too Just as we all assumed, during SDCC this year we had another character for Injustice 2 shown off. Not a completely new character in terms of announcement, but we did get to finally see NetherRealm Studios' version of Starfire for the game in action and assumed to be released during August as part of the first Fighter Pack. While it would have been awesome to get solid word on the other characters coming to Injustice 2 in the coming months while out there, it is nice to see that they are working hard on bringing us what has already been announced out there. At least for now as it looks like Bethesda has for us a new look at the work that Tango Gameworks has done with a new gameplay trailer.
