It's time to hear who will be joining you on Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War's quest, aurally, & then maybe meet the Shadow Of War VO cast at SDCC We can mark this under the "Not A Huge Surprise" list, but Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War will be at SDCC this year and in tow will also be the voice cast for the game that has recently been announced. Of course some of the people from Monolith Productions will also be there to talk about the game, but given the way SDCC is, it will be more about the big names linked to the game and seeing them. Shadow Of War does seem to be pulling in some of the usual folk but also some other big names from the general acting pool as well. Read More...

The third and final DLC story for Mafia 3 is about to launch and now we have our first look at what it will bring to Mafia 3 It has been a bit of a wait but now we have the third and final bit of story DLC for Mafia 3 and it looks like it is going to be adding a lot more darkness to the already dark world that has been crafted here. It certainly looks like Hangar 13 has gone to great extents to make sure we all see how horrible the world could have been, and has been, though this game. I'll take it as it is always something I enjoy in my games and was a part of Mafia 3 that I enjoyed exploring and seeing. Read More...

Activision is bringing Call Of Duty: WWII, Crash Bandicoot, & Destiny 2 to SDCC with Call Of Duty: WWII Zombies getting shown off We are a week out from SDCC this year and as usual Activision is bringing a whole slew of things to show off with Call Of Duty: WWII and Destiny 2 being on the bill for this year's geekfeast. It makes perfect sense as they have done this almost every year for quite some time even when there are only small announcements and expansions for other games and then the buildup for their big money maker of the year. I guess that is why there is going to be a big announcement for Call Of Duty: WWII out there as the new Nazi Zombie mode is going to be the highlight of it all. Read More...

The new MMO, Wild West Online, has been given some new gameplay to let us see where Wild West Online has progressed to now You may have been duped before with people claiming that Wild West Online was some form of RDR2 and then left confused when you found out it was going to be its own thing. There were a lot of people out there in that boat and it is easy to confuse the look of 612 Games' PC MMO with the recently announced other title. It happens when two games look a lot alike and get something to show it all off while another title is sitting in the limbo of rumor city. Read More...

Gameplay for Injustice 2's Sub Zero has been revealed and now we can see what he will be bringing to Injustice 2 this week New DLC for Injustice 2 drops this week as we get to add Sub Zero into the fighting mix of this DC hero and villain fighting game. Of course, this is not a huge surprise as NetherRealm Studios has already announced him and we all figured it was coming given Scorpion and the first Injustice title. That and we had a small tease for the character last week as we had our first look at him in Injustice 2, but now we have a whole lot of gameplay to look at and figure him out. All before July 11th when he comes to all of those season pass holders and the following week for those who just want to pick him up on his own. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That ends another week in video games out here and even with the slowdown due to the American holiday, it was still a pretty decent one out there. Not overflowing with news and updates, but still just enough out there to keep things flowing. I mean it was more about the updates for Horizon Zero Dawn and Shadow Of Mordor, but other video games like Assassin’s Creed Origins had quite a bit of highlight and we learned about the physical version of LawBreakers that hopefully you picked up on the PC or are waiting for the PS4 version to open up. Like I said, not too heavy and not too light at the end of the week. Read More...

A new title, City Of Brass, has just been given an announcement and it looks like City Of Brass will challenge all of our skills If you've been aching for a new video game that takes place in an Arabian setting then be glad to hear that City Of Brass is coming at us now on the PC sometime this year and then the PS4 and Xbox One sometime in 2018. You may not have heard of the game much before now as Uppercut Games has just released a cinematic trailer and a bit of a gameplay trailer for everyone. Of course, none of that truly tells us what is going on for City Of Brass but thankfully we all of those details as well so we can know it is more than just a stabbing/whipping game set in the Arabian Nights setting. A new chunk of Assassin’s Creed Origins gameplay has made its way online and shows us just how Assassin’s Creed Origins will play in our hands If there is one thing that Ubisoft does well it is showing off a lot of the best ways to play their games like they did with Assassin’s Creed Origins. It makes sense that they want to make sure we all see how the game should play out when we pick it up on October 27th, but a lot of the times it is not the same experience that we all have. Not due to any doctoring up of the footage or changing the resolutions that we will never see at home for Assassin’s Creed Origins. Read More...

Another gameplay clip for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has been posted with a bit more of a look at Wolfenstein II's new Panzerhund It is no shock that the Panzerhund is going to be back in Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. I mean, we've already seen it in action during the original announcement that Bethesda had for the game during E3 in way of the old 'propaganda' video that aims to sell us all one. One called Liesel at that, but what we need is more of the gameplay for it in Wolfenstein II right? The correct answer is yes as not only has it been visually improved, presumably the AI as well, but Machine Games has added a few extra things to it to give it an extra punch. Read More...

A new update for Shadow Of Mordor has released that will carry over Nemesis & Followers to Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War If you had planned on getting to start completely new for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War, then you were right to think that as before now it didn't seem like there was going to be much of a bridge besides story for this title and Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor. For most gamers this is still an option, but for those who had some great nemesis and followers from the first game it looks like Monolith Productions is going to give us the option to carry over the best of each when we spin up the new game on October 10th. Yea, you will be able to start Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War off with your best follower from before at your side fighting the good fight, while needing to be on the lookout for your greatest nemesis whom may be trying to end out their story arc. A new patch for Horizon Zero Dawn has just been released and it brings Horizon Zero Dawn new difficulty levels, face paint, and New Game+ Horizon Zero Dawn has been out for a bit now and a lot of gamers have enjoyed it, myself included. Given how games go now, even after launch they are a changing beast and ever growing into what the developers had in mind from the start and just couldn't get it in before needing to go live and actually make their money back. Guerrilla Games definitely delivered and have been taking care of things for Horizon Zero Dawn since launch and of course are bringing us all the new DLC for the game here shortly. They are also keeping up with fixing issues found in the game and patching any holes we all kind find out there. Read More...

The trailer for Minecraft: Story Mode's second season's first episode is here to show how more Minecraft is getting crammed into the game In just a few days we are going to be able to hop back into the saddle for Minecraft: Story Mode as the first episode of the second season kicks off. That seemed to creep right up on all of us out there and now Telltale Games is about to drop the next chapter in the story on July 11th for the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and mobile devices. At least all digitally as you'll still need to wait to pick up Minecraft: Story Mode's second season physically until September or so. Read More...

It looks like Evil Genius 2 has finally been announced recently as the development for Evil Genius 2 has only just begun again Since yesterday, the 4th, was all about the random explosions and setting things on fire in the U.S., you might have missed a few things in the mix out there like Evil Genius 2 getting an announcement and having already been in development for a few months now. Maybe this was the evil plan of Rebellion the whole time as a slap back to the U.S. Read More...

Some new gameplay for The Evil Within 2 has just been released and it is what was shown for The Evil Within 2 at E3 this year Now that we've had The Evil Within 2 announced for a bit, let's talk about the lack of any real extended gameplay to look at for the game. It is supposed to release here on October 13th this year so for the most part Tango Gameworks should be close to having it all completed and should have something more than the little bit we've already seen out there. At least we'd like to think that way. Maybe Bethesda is just holding back on releasing any of The Evil Within 2's footage to keep the fear factor a bit higher and the suspense drawn out. Read More...

Another gameplay trailer for Agents Of Mayhem is here and as the other trailers for Agents Of Mayhem, this one rips on another '80s icon Get ready for more of that nostalgia to get tickled here as we have another gameplay trailer for Agents Of Mayhem and just like others in the past, it is all in the theme of another '80s TV franchise to tug at you. Even though the game isn't set in that time-frame, from what I can tell, it sure does seem like Deep Silver wants to keep pumping out those trailers in that manner. Maybe I am not on the 'hip' side of things anymore, but growing up in the '80s it is going to take a lot more than this to sell me on Agents Of Mayhem. Read More...
