Another developer diary for Alfred Hitchcock — Vertigo is here to give us more of a taste on how Vertigo’s art style will feel Things are progressing right along for Alfred Hitchcock — Vertigo and here we are with yet another developer diary to help us see how this little title is shaping up for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Pendulo Studios only has until December 16th to get things done still, so they have to be in the home stretch. I have a feeling this is why we are getting a new update on the art and style of Vertigo here today. Read More...

A new Dragon Ball title is announced with Dragon Ball: The Breakers offering us a vastly different game than we could have expected When we hear something about Dragon Ball when it comes to gaming, we generally go to the arena of a fighting game out there. It is a safe bet as that is what we generally get from Bandai Namco and the IP does lend itself to it fairly well. Now we have another title in the mix of the IP from DIMPS and it sounds like things are going to be a bit different here. Welcome to Dragon Ball: The Breakers which will be an asymmetrical multiplayer experience for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC set in the universe. Read More...

A new developer interview for Dying Light 2 offers us a look at some of the ways humans will get back to a normal in Dying Light 2 One more little developer diary for Dying Light 2 is here to shed some light on more of the survivors out there and how they end up going back to what they know. It is an interesting take on humans here from Techland here, as the game is taking place fifteen years in the future since Dying Light. The odd thing is that while the humans do seem to try to be getting back to their normal out there, they have not tried to rally behind getting the world back up and running as it was. Read More...

New updates for Luto are here with a bit of a release window and new gameplay to take in for Luto When it rains it pours for us when it comes to games like Luto and the horror genre it seems. After having a cryptic announcement a while back, we have a new update and gameplay from Broken Bird Games to take in. The first part being that we should be able to experience all that Luto has to offer up in 2022 on the PS4, PS5, and PC. All through a first=person lens as we wander through a very creepy house and deal with what could be going on out there. Read More...

Do Not Open has a new update and a little more of the horrific gameplay that we might be expecting when Do Not Open launches out there The horror titles keep on coming here with Do Not Open getting a new teaser and look at how the game has progressed since we last saw it. This would be the horror title that Quasar Dynamics showed the world last year for the PS4 and PS5 whit PSVR compatibility. See how the game looks and feels like one giant escape room, it feels like that will be fitting for the hardware and all. Even with a title like Do Not Open suggesting that we should not open the doors and try to escape the area with our family in the end. Read More...

A new horror title, Evil Below, is on the way from the latest PlayStation Talents that will test us as we fight the evil below There are going to be many new horrors coming to us out there with the announcement and teaser we have for Evil Below coming to the PS4, PS5, and PC here. I say here as if we have a solid release date or window set down from Fire Raven Studios for the game, which we do not as of yet. What we do have is a nice little teaser to let us know that the smaller team is working on the game and that we will have Evil Below at some point. That and offer up a little look at the gameplay that we will get to experience when the day does finally come and we have it loaded on our systems. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with another week is done and more to take in for all of our video games out there. It was a little bit of a downer with so many titles getting delayed and shifted as Saints Row did. But, thankfully, we also had a chance to see that Sifu was moved forward a little bit for us to experience. That and some DLC for other video games like Far Cry 6 and Maneater to enjoy too. Earthworm Jim is on the way back with the announcement of a new TV show titles Earthworm Jim: Beyond The Groovy It is time to ask what year it is again, as it looks like Earthworm Jim is on the way back to us. Only this time, he is on the way back with a new animated TV show that is in the works. No, we are not getting any kind of new video game out of Interplay here, but the animated show from 1996 is getting a bit of a reboot here. A reboot in the way of Earthworm Jim: Beyond The Groovy that will carry on the fun and humor some of us grew up with back in the 90s there. Read More...

Gameplay is here for After The Fall to take us through Skidrow and show why we should pre-order After The Fall now The zombies out there just will not kill themselves or clear out in After The Fall, and we will need to keep doing that for them in the VR setting here. More so when we head into the new area of the game that Vertigo Games has to share with us here to get us further hyped up to play and experience the world with our friends out there. After The Fall is a four-player experience where we will need to kill all of the undead that are out there. Now we just get to walk through the Skidrow area of it all and slay them all and all of the other weird variants that are roaming the streets again. Read More...

A delay has hit Metal: Hellsinger here with Hellsinger now pushed out until next year for us to enjoy This week has been filled with so many delays and here we go with one more, as Metal: Hellsinger will not be coming out in 2021 now. It will now be coming to us in 2022 with The Outsiders taking their time to hit the expectations of the game that we have had up to now. This seems to be the case for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC versions of it all. So, at least everyone will have to wait a bit longer for Metal: Hellsinger to have us thrashing out there and slaying to the intense beats of the music in the game. Read More...

A new title, Bramble: The Mountain King, is shown off with gameplay for Bramble taking us for a walk through the lands out there More of that fun Nordic folklore is on its way to our PC and consoles out there with the showing of Bramble: The Mountain King coming at us here. This is a new adventure/horror title that Dimfrost Studio is working on here to give us another deep tale set in the lands that can be overlooked quite often. Well, at least before as of late, as Bramble feels like it is going to fit in with all of the other titles that are heading down these paths here. In a good way and not in one of those "clone" ways that we get every few years. Read More...

The release date for Sifu has shifted and it looks like we will learn more Kung Fu from Sifu a little earlier than expected We have had a whole lot of release date shifts as of late and we have a new one here for Sifu we have to take in. The good news here is that Sloclap has seemed to perfect the game a bit earlier than expected and we will get the game on the PS4, PS5, and PC a bit sooner now. How soon? A new brawler, MultiVersus, is announced with MultiVersus bringing all of the Warner Bros. properties into the fights now It looks like some of the rumors were true and a new Warner Bros. brawling game is coming with the announcement of MultiVersus. This is a new Free-To-Play brawler from Player First Games to let us take all of our favorite characters into a fight outside of the others out there. The bigger difference for MultiVersus is that we will have all of the properties they own in the mix and not just the comic heroes and villains. A new update for Maneater is bringing us all some better visuals as the team celebrates five million Maneater players Here we go with another massive update coming to Maneater to give players all one new thing to look at in the game. Given that Tripwire Interactive has confirmed that there have been over five million gamers that gave this shaRkPG a chance, it makes sense that they have not just left the game dead in water. In fact, those looking to experience Maneater one more time on the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S will be able to do so right now and with Ray Tracing added in. Yes, the water and other elements in the game that could benefit from this now have it and we can head out to hunt for more blood and body parts in the bays again. Read More...

A delay has hit Saints Row to push the game out further in 2022 with Saints Row needing more time to perfect The delays just keep coming to us again and this one is here for Saints Row now. Sadly, it is not just a minor delay as some have had to go through, but it looks like Volition is going to need another six months to make sure that the game is up to snuff for us all. February is no longer going to be the month of Saints Row and now we have to look toward August of 2022 to be able to head out and become self made. Specifically, August 23rd now for all of the platforms the game was supposed to land on. Read More...
