Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Takes Us On A New Walk Through Mount Craw

Wonderlands

New gameplay for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands gives us more to look at and shows us how some of the mechanics in Wonderlands will handle

It looks like the short bursts of new footage for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is almost over. Not only because the game is launching on March 25th for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC but due to the fact that Gearbox has now opted to give us a whole lot of gameplay to look at. In fact, we have a little over twenty minutes of new gameplay as we walk around the Wonderlands to see how the game will play and handle in practice. Something that is always nice when all we had before was flashy videos and setpieces to gawk at. Even if it is not completely raw, it does offer up a better feel for what to expect in the coming weeks.

So, I wish I had more to say about all of this and how things will function in Wonderlands that we have not seen before, but it does look like we only have a few extra bits that are beyond the basics of Borderlands. That is not to say that the game does not have its merits, but beyond the tabletop style world hub to select missions and the other basics, thus fitting with the theme, it just feels like more of the other title with a fantasy skin slapped on. There does sound like there will be other parts of Wonderlands that will slightly alter the other core gameplay, but it is also more of the same skin or looks added on to things like random gear drop rates and the like. Have a look at it all below and see if it is going to be able to fully stand out on its own or will it be more of the same with a different story and theme.
