by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of November 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
The biggest update for Wolfenstein: Youngblood is here to add in some new maps and enemies for Wolfenstein: Youngblood to keep it fresh If you have been looking for more to do in Wolfenstein: Youngblood, then your wait is now over as we have one more big update for the game now. One that has just hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game and will be coming to the Switch version when that one finally drops. No, we are not just talking in terms of basic updates and patches that we have seen multiple times over from Machine Games thus far, but an update that adds in a whole lot to this Wolfenstein title. Nightmares Will Soon Become A Reality When Gylt Launches
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of November 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Gylt shows off why we should all be excited to jump into the horrors that Gylt will bring us at launch It is crazy to think that we are only a week out from the launch of even more things in gaming, like Stadia, but also the launch of a title like Gylt. This would be the next title in the list of titles Tequila Works will have for us and also one of the launch titles with the new service. A nice little horror title we have spoken on before. Gylt being the main focus here as we have a new trailer to take in and see what we will get to experience here in the next week for the game. Read More…

We Are All About To Fall Down In We Happy Few
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of November 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
The final DLC for We Happy Few is about to come at us and add in few new ways to play and enjoy We Happy Few for the final time It looks like all of our Joy is coming to an end as we have the final DLC for We Happy Few coming at us on November 19th here on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That is a fun play on words as I know I have been having fun with what Compulsion Games has offered us for the game to date, but it looks like this new DLC will be eliminating the drug Joy in the world and possibly bring the world crashing down for everyone out there. Now you can read all of this as we will be losing the Joy in-game while keeping the joy of playing We Happy Few more and more. Read More…

This Week In Video Games 11/4/19 — 11/8/19
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 9th of November 2019 - 12:00 AM ]
A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This week has now come to its close here and we had all kinds of new stuff in the world of video games to take in. Well, that is a bit of an exaggeration as this week was definitely a bit slower and more focused on Death Stranding and a few other video games that were released this week or soon. I mean, we did start off with the big Overwatch 2 news out there, but it seems like Jumanji and then Life Is Strange 2 picked up the rest of the slack. What little there was after the big release and news dump for the prior mentioned title. Read More…

A new roguelike is on its way with Don’t Die, Minerva! entering its Early Access this coming December Attention all of you roguelike fans out there, as Don’t Die, Minerva! is on its way to Early Access this December to keep the horrors of Halloween rolling into the X-mas month. Superliminal Is On Its Way Next Wek To Twist Our Perceptions
by Julia Schoebel [ Thursday, 7th of November 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
The release date for Superliminal is set down and this puzzler will soon be teaching us why it is called Superliminal The market for good puzzle games has felt a little dry as of late, which is why I am glad to see that Superliminal is on its way and launching at us on November 12th for the PC. I know this is going to leave some of you gamers out given how you like to play, but if you want to see more from Pillow Castle Games then you will have to get behind this one. I mean, if enough gamers out there on the PC get behind Superliminal there is the chance it can make it to other platforms. Read More…

Dive Into The Opening Minutes That Are Coming For Death Stranding
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of November 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
The first half an hour of Death Stranding is out there to try to explain more on what we will be experiencing in Death Stranding Some of us out there cannot wait for Death Stranding to launch tomorrow (11/8) on the PS4 and that is why we are here right now. There are only mere hours until the game drops out there as of this writing and the hype for Kojima Productions first solo title is still so high that we now have the opening minutes to the game out there to further that along or turn people off to the game. My guess is that it is going to be the former as there has been a lot of hype for Death Stranding and I do not see that halting anytime soon. Even if some of the early reviews out there are showing that it is all divided still. Read More…

Degrees Of Separation Is Going Online To Bring Us Together
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of November 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Degrees Of Separation is adding in online multiplayer to try to bring the story of Degrees Of Separation to more gamers It looks like one of the features I was surprised was not in Degrees Of Separation before is finally coming to the game. In a new update that is coming, it looks like Moondrop will be adding in online multiplayer to the mix of things to give us all another reason to replay, or play, the game. Given that Degrees Of Separation has hit almost all of the major platforms out there, there is little reason as to why some have not yet. Now we can add in the ability to not play only with couch co-op, but also online so physical location is no longer an issue either. Read More…

Daniel’s Education Is A Tricky One Throughout Life Is Strange 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of November 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
It is better explained how Daniel’s actions are swayed in Life Is Strange 2 just a bit before the final episode of Life Is Strange 2 drops on us all In just under a month, we will all be treated to the conclusion of Life Is Strange 2 and see just how all of our choices have shaped the story and forced the brothers through their harrowing journey. Those playing along have known it to be one crazy ride thus far and we are almost to the end of it. I guess this is why DontNod has opted to release out there just how our choices in the game have shaped this story. Read More…
