Last Summer Is Kicking Things Off To Get Us All Some Great Gameplay
by Juliet Meyer [ Wednesday, 24th of June 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
Last Summer A new Kickstarter campaign for Last Summer has started, with a little bit of gameplay to get us ready for Last Summer We are officially in the summertime around here, and it looks like that means we are getting a new update for Last Summer. That would be the video game that Silent Lamb Studio is working on for the PC and not a look back into our memories of last year. You know, the asymmetrical horror title for PC, not just the horrors that played out during that time at summer camp… I digress. All of this is to get us all ready for Last Summer to kick off a Kickstarter campaign to try to get the game over the last hurdles of development, and give some of us a chance to help shape the game with our currency. Things Are Going To Get A Bit Unhinged With This New Horror Experience
by Jana Lass [ Wednesday, 24th of June 2026 - 05:00 PM ]
Unhinged A new horror title from Netflix games, Unhinged, is on the way to us very soon so we can see how Unhinged the horror can be It felt like it was going to be something very niche when it came to Netflix Games, but here we have a look at a solid horror title that is on the way to us with Unhinged. Not the first of the games that they have out there, but the first one that has been catching eyes with not only the voice cast, but also the horrors that it seems to be evoking out there. There's nothing like a scary home invasion during a Category 5 hurricane to make us all on the edge of our seats, right? Read More...

SAW: Genesis Gets Us Ready To Play The Games With Its Features
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of June 2026 - 05:00 PM ]
SAW Dive into the gameplay features for SAW: Genesis to see how this all might build further into the SAW IP The announcement for SAW: Genesis left many of us scratching our heads with the premise and story. That is to say the least. Not that it sounded like it would be a bad game from Anshar Studios and Broken Mirror Games. Just that it felt like it was outside the norm of the IP so much that it might not work. Then again, Bloober Team has been backing so many great projects as of late, it would have been bad form to just dismiss SAW: Genesis based just on the story and setting. Read More...

The Pines Has Us Wandering Through Some Bizarre, New Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of June 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
Pines Horror title, The Pines, offers up a new look at the gameplay and world that we can expect out there in The Pines It looks as if it is time to head into a new and dark wooded area, with some new gameplay that we have for The Pines. A new psychological horror title for the PC that Studio Abattoir has been working on for a bit, and now we get to see more of that gameplay after a bit of a wait. A bit of gameplay that shows off how this RPG, of sorts, will allow for all of our choices to come about and mean something out there in The Pines. Not to mention, something that will make us all question our own sanity and that of our characters as we watch the events play out. Read More...

Take Up Some New Arms In An Extended Bit Of Gameplay For Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy
by Jana Lass [ Thursday, 18th of June 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
A Plague Tale Have a long look at Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy with the latest gameplay we have for this title in the A Plague Tale world We just had the release date for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy drop on us all, and now we can have a solid look at the gameplay we are going to get to experience when the game hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on August 27th. One that already looked as if Asobo Studio was deviating away from the structure that we all knew from the IP before now. Given that we're following a different and more capable character than we have in A Plague Tale before now, that does make sense. Read More...

Here’s When We Can Head To The Minotaur’s Island In Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy
by Jana Lass [ Friday, 12th of June 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
A Plague Tale The legacy of A Plague Tale carries on soon, with the release date now set for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy The alternate history timeline is expanding soon, with the release date now in place for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy. The next little spin-off title in the IP that Asobo Studio has been working on is coming to an end, and Focus Home Interactive is gearing up to give it to us all. As long as you're one of those players who want to know more about Sophia's history in the world. I know I do, but I also know quite a few who were done with A Plague Tale after the second main title came to an end. Read More...

SAW: Genesis Asks Us All To Play A Very Old Game Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 9th of June 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
SAW A new title in the SAW IP is on the way to us, with the announcement of SAW: Genesis taking us into The Great War Even though the film side of things seems to be in a weird limbo, the video game side of things got a little bit of a surprise with SAW: Genesis getting announced. A new and interesting entry into the IP with Anshar Studios and Bloober Team coming together to bring it all to the PC. Not the exact set of teams I was expecting, yet still the teams that I have a feeling have a good chance of doing it correctly. Even if SAW: Genesis does seem to take a weird turn right out of the gate when it comes to the setting. Read More...

A solid build since we had the first announcement that this was going to be the next massive title in the IP that Crystal Dynamics has crafted for us. There was just not much in the way of knowing when we should be ready for that to hit us all. Now, though, we have the announcement that Tomb Raider: Legacy Of Atlantis will bring all of this adventure to those platforms on February 12th, 2027. Read More...

God Of War Laufey Continues The Saga With Gameplay Into The Everywhen
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of June 2026 - 05:00 PM ]
God Of War The next part of the God Of War saga has been revealed, with loads of new gameplay for God Of War Laufey It feels like we all knew it was coming, but it still hit so hard with the announcement, reveal, and gameplay we now have for God Of War Laufey. The next title in the saga that Santa Monica Studio is working on, and as the title tells us, it will be a story all about Faye. Not a backstory, specifically, but what happened to her after the scene that we had in the 2018 title. It has been eight years, but I am still not going to spoil it for those who have not had a chance to experience all that God Of War has up to now. Read More...

More so, the Switch 2 gamers out there who want to take the game that BlueTwelve Studio and Annapurna Interactive brought to us so long ago, as the game has officially launched on the platform. Walk A Bit Further Into Some Dark With The Announcement Of Flick
by Juliet Meyer [ Thursday, 21st of May 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
Flick A new horror title, Flick, has been announced and will be giving us a new Flick gameplay mechanic to play with Let's all get ready to wander about another dark house using a bodycam, with the recent announcement for Flick. A new title coming to the PC from Inqdrop Studios that will be leaning into that formula that we have seen, only this one will have a little bit of a new mechanic, those shooter games don't. As the title for Flick implies, we will be able to flick those switches in the house to not only turn on lights, but to shift reality itself. Something that I am certain will lean further into the whole horror aspect of things, while keeping the entire game feeling fresh with each switch that we hit. Read More...

Fan Fest Nights We were brought out to Universal Fan Fest Nights 2026. Here is our experience of everything Fan Fest Nights offered up It looks like it is going to truly be an annual thing, with Universal Fan Fest Nights coming and going for 2026. This would be the latest limited-time event that Universal Studios has been putting on that falls in line with its Horror Night in style, but brings us more of the family or general fun for those who do not like to get scared. IPs like Scooby Doo, Dungeons & Dragons, and One Piece, among the many that were out there this year. We had a chance to head out to experience it once again, and here is our review and thoughts on how Universal Fan Fest Nights is holding up. Read More...

Try To Further Understand The Mysteries Of Death With Dracula: The Disciple
by Juliet Meyer [ Monday, 11th of May 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
Dracula Head into Count Dracula’s castle once more, but in a new title that has been announced by way of Dracula: The Disciple We've had many of the classic monsters coming up recently with new titles, and now we are here with Dracula: The Disciple. A new puzzle title on the way to us all from Cyanide Studios and Nacon for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC that will be giving us more of the famed vampire. Although this one might not fall in line as one might expect from a title that has Count Dracula in it. This one will be in a dark and gothic setting, sure, but we are doing more of the research and focusing more on the various puzzles in the game instead of all of the normal nonsense that comes with vampires.
