Portal Get ready to use those Portal guns again as it looks like that franchise has crossed with another to bring us Bridge Constructor Portal It has been a while since we had anything truly new for the Portal franchise in terms of a full game. It is crazy to think that it has been six years since the last full entry into the IP and at most, we have had little links back and forth with characters, items, and Easter Eggs to entice us all a bit more. If you are like me, you are sitting there hoping for a full new title into the franchise, but for now we are going to have to sit and take games like what Headup Games has for us here. Night Trap We sit down and review Night Trap 25th Anniversary Edition. The Interactive Video ‘game’ that caused Senate Hearings is back. Here is our review of this Night Trap I remember so long ago spinning up, literally, Night Trap on my Uncle's Sega CD and giving the game a play. I also remember being yelled at later for playing such a "disgusting" game and then subsequently hearing all of the other horrible things about it. Now we are 25 years after that and we are getting a remaster of the game from Screaming Villains on the PC and PS4. Blade Runner While out at SDCC we had a chance to check out the Blade Runner 2049 off-site event. Here's what we experienced for Blade Runner 2049 at SDCC 2017 Given that Blade Runner 2049 will be hitting theaters soon, October 6th, it makes sense that there would be a big thing out at SDCC to show it all off and build even more hype for the film. A big thing it was too as one of the larger parking lots near the convention center was taken over by a massive tent that only displayed the film's name but held many fun things inside; that is if you were willing to wait in the extremely long lines to get in. Copoka We sit down and review Copoka. A little bird in a big world. Here's our review of Copoka Sometimes it is nice to play a game and just relax and that is what I was able to do with Copoka. No worry about a convoluted story or high impact action where you stick behind a wall while explosions happen every ten seconds. Ancestors A new in-engine video for Ancestors has been released to show us just how the Ancestors RTS feel will go between god and unit It's going to sound odd talking about Ancestors here knowing that there are two titles coming out with that as the main title for the game. The version we are going to talk about here though is the RTS title coming from 1C and Destructive Creations for the Xbox One and PC and not the weird ancient history simulator that we've heard a little about before. Assassin’s Creed A retail listing for Assassin’s Creed Empire has many thinking that we could see the next Assassin’s Creed title before the end of this year The rumor mill is back at it again and here we are with more Assassin’s Creed Empire rumors and speculation of sorts. That would be the assumed titled from all of the other leaked information for the next title in the franchise that Ubisoft has yet to confirm. None the less we are here because it looks like that time to confirm things is dwindling down as a Swiss retailer is already showing Assassin’s Creed Empire as having a release before the end of 2017. Studio Istolia A new studios, Studio Istolia, has been announced as well as Studio Istolia's first IP being in the works in terms of Project Prelude Rune If for some reason you didn't think that Square Enix had a lot on their table already, they go out and set up a whole new studio in the way of Studio Istolia. This would be a whole new studio that has been founded in Japan and has been tasked with bringing more great story titles out to us all with their first getting the codename of Project Prelude Rune. Given that this is only an announcement for Studio Istolia and the first IP it is working, there isn't much more to go on than that but at least we know that we have another contender in the gaming world and their aim is to bring more story based titles to us.
