Borderlands At GDC, the devs behind Borderlands had a new tech demo shown off that housed some new techniques the next Borderlands may be using If you're a fan of Borderlands, and let's face it you most likely are as you sped in here, then you are in for a real treat here as we may have seen some of the technology that will bring that game to life. Straight out of GDC there was a panel where part of the team from Gearbox was showing off some of their new work with the Unreal Engine. Avatar A new Avatar video game has been announced & this Avatar game is in development from the studio that brought us Tom Clancy’s The Division If you've been hoping to get more Avatar in your life, even outside of the planned sequels that are coming, then it is time to get hyped up as it looks like there is a new video game in the works for the franchise. It has just been announced that Massive Entertainment has partnered up with all the players of the franchise and will be developing a game based on the universe. Shadow Of War Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War has been announced and looks to bring us all back into the universe with new Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War gameplay coming soon It looks like Lord Of The Rings fans can start to lose their shit again as now Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War has been officially announced as a sequel to the critically-acclaimed Shadow Of Mordor from a few years ago. Styx A new developer diary for Styx: Shards Of Darkness shows off a bit more of the game as well as how Styx has been evolved since the last game and beyond If Styx: Shards Of Darkness will be your first foray with this little goblin then A, you are missing out, and B, you need a crash course in who this little goblin is and how he has been crafted for the game and how he has evolved since. It would be odd if Cyanide Studios left him in the past and didn't use all of the new hardware and game to further show off this amazing character and while they are odd, they are not that odd. South Park It looks like South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been delayed again as this new South Park title has been pushed off of a Q1 2017 list now It does not look like South Park: The Fractured But Whole is catching any breaks with actually making it to a release date as it looks like the game has been hit with yet another delay. Originally it was slated to land just in time for the Christmas holiday, it would have made the perfect gift, as it was set to release on December 6th. For Honor A new For Honor video shows off just what is coming with the season pass as well as how For Honor will expand even further post launch for all It looks like the For Honor news just keeps flowing out there this week and here we are again talking about the contents of the Season Pass and the post launch content that will be coming to the game on and after February 14th. If you've been following along here then you may already know that this Season Pass isn't like the many others that Ubisoft has pumped out there for the myriad of other titles in their library. For Honor The closed beta for For Honor has ended but now it has been confirmed that For Honor will also be getting an open beta just before launch Maybe you were in on the recent For Honor closed beta or maybe you missed out. Maybe you were given a key to join in the fight from Ubisoft but it was for a system or platform you couldn't play it on. Whatever the case may have been here, it looks like an open beta is not on the way to For Honor so that all gamers out there can give it a try and also make sure that all of the game servers are up to snuff just before launch. Call Of Duty The first DLC pack for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare is just about to launch and now we can see some of the new Call Of Duty multiplayer in action just before Last week we had a nice look at some of what would be coming to Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare in the first DLC pack Sabotage all in the way of some new additions coming to the Zombies Mode. Also they'll be able to judge to see if Ubisoft is able to still deliver the experience that we've all been waiting for or if things are getting the media razzle dazzle out there.
