Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The news and video games have been wrapped up nicely for the end of this week and now we can finally dive into many of them on our own time. Not to mention that we can retake what the Five Nights At Freddy’s movie had to offer us in between plays of Alan Wake 2. All while keeping our sights on Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater and Robocop: Rogue City after we make it through the Halloween time out there. New In-Game Footage Has Slipping Out For Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of October 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
Metal Gear Solid Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater is showing off some of the in-game footage for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid 3 remake that is on the way What a difference twenty years can make out there for a video game based on what we have now for Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater. The remake has a new look out there and it shows off just how far things have progressed since 2004 when the game was first released up until what we can expect from Konami in 2024. Yes, we have some new gameplay to take in to see just how running Metal Gear Solid 3 through the Unreal 5 engine with a whole lot of other tweaks can make the game look and feel completely new. More so when it does finally land on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC when all is said and done. Read More...

Silent Hill: Ascension Gives Us Two New Families To Help Survive
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of October 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Silent Hill The premiere of Silent Hill: Ascension is almost here and we get to see two more families try to survive the horrors of Silent Hill In two weeks, on October 31st, Silent Hill: Ascension will give us all the horror we have been waiting for on Halloween. Well, that is the hope as we have only had teases for the experience from Genvid up to now, but things are looking promising. We will not truly know if this is all going to pay off for us until we get into the mix of it. However, I am staying hopeful that this will be a fun new addition to the Silent Hill IP and not just a way for some out there to milk it more while giving us nothing else to love. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Things Are Going To Get A Bit Microscopic With Empire Of The Ants
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of October 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
Ants Take on the role of some Ants in the recently revealed video game Empire Of The Ants The creepy crawlies are coming out here, and we are not talking just about Halloween fun, as we have the reveal of Empire Of The Ants. Yes, we have another video game that will place us in the role of an insect or colony of insects that will have us facing off against various others out in the world. Microids do seem to like to get these titles out there, and that is to the benefit of Tower Five since it is their game. Enough of all of that, though, let us have a look at just what Empire Of The Ants is going to let us all do in a very photorealistic way of things when it hits the PC and consoles in 2024. Our Neighbor Might Actually Be A Demon In Paranoid
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of October 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
Paranoid The release date for Paranoid is now set as we see how things might be vastly different than we thought in Paranoid The brains over at Madmind Studios are finally back out there and ready to give us all a bit more for Paranoid. Even if we might have been off on when we thought the game was going to drop out there, we are glad to finally see that we have a release date for the game. Those excited to see what the team has for us all again can now mark down December 15th for when you will get to experience Paranoid on the PC. Sure, this would have felt more at home on Halloween but we should not rush anything just to hit the time it feels like it should launch. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of October 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Silent Hill Things for Silent Hill: Ascension are kicking off on Halloween to pull us all back into Silent Hill We have all been waiting for it and now we know just when the fun of Silent Hill: Ascension is going to be kicking off. That date has now been set for Halloween night, October 31st, at 6 pm PST for those who have nothing else to do on that Tuesday night. Genvid is finally ready to give us the Silent Hill we have been dying for and then let us all shape it as we so want to. A bit of an odd thing to let the crowd offer up the ways to finish out the story and shape the characters, but it should be a fun social experiment for the gaming community out there. Read More...
