The Threats Are Growing In The Worlds Of The Medium
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of November 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
Medium A new character for The Medium is shown off here while we get a look outside of the Niwa Hotel for the first time in The Medium So far in The Medium we have seen the dual-world gameplay play out in a rundown hotel or the alternate world version of that location. Until now, it was thought that was going to be the only main location that Bloober Team was going to have for us in this game. Now, we have a new trailer for The Medium that not only shows us a place outside of all of that but some new threats in the world that we will have to navigate and survive out there. Something that looks to be an issue in the real world and something that looks to be a bigger threat on the other side of the shroud. Read More...

Ryte: The Eye Of Atlantis Will Have Us Diving Through Time Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of November 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
Ryte A new Myst inspired title, Ryte: The Eye Of Atlantis, is coming to Steam VR with Ryte taking us all down a virtual rabbit hole based in myth Long ago were the times that we had the fun of point-and-click with Myst and on December 8th we are going to get something close to it again when Ryte: The Eye Of Atlantis launches in the VR space. Yes, this does shake up the core gameplay element that we mentioned before with the other title but it looks like Orichalcum Pictures has more in mind than bringing back a classic franchise in a different form. To be clear, Ryte is not based in that other universe but just uses the game mechanic ideas to tell a different story and dive into some different times that we could be wanting through Steam VR. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of November 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Grounded A new update for Grounded is out there and it will be adding a massive Koi pond to Grounded among other updates The updates keep flowing out there into the world of Grounded and this time we have a new one that will add in a Koi Pond for us to navigate and explore. I mean, the title here kind of gives all of that away but it needed to be said here before we go into the little extras that Obsidian Entertainment gave with that announcement. It is sure to be something that gamers on the Xbox One and PC will be glad to see if there are giving Grounded a go right now and want something extra to explore. Especially since we are going to be getting gear that lets us go underwater for a bit. Read More...

It Is Time To Live Our Life Again In Observer: System Redux
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of November 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Observer The launch of Observer: System Redux is here and we need to get ready to go back into the world of Observer one more time This week is a big one as the games keep flowing out with the PS5 and Xbox Series X here and now we have Observer: System Redux to give a go again. That and play the extra content that is getting added in with all of the visual updates we have from Bloober Team here this week. Kind of the way that things should go instead of just charging us for a slightly improved game. I have a feeling that Observer is going to get it right here and we can know for sure here soon. The Medium Is Now Pushed To Early Next Year To Launch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of November 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Medium The Medium has been hit with a delay pushing The Medium's release into January of 2021 instead of December of 2020 It looks as if COVID-19 has struck again, as we have the delay for The Medium hitting us on the Xbox Series X and PC now. Originally the game was slated to release on December 10th of this year. The new limitations out there for safety and health concerns have forced Bloober Team to do what none of us ever want to hear or see happen. Now we will not be seeing The Medium until January of 2021. Read More...

Rutger Hauer Offers Up More On The Making Of Observer: System Redux
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 4th of November 2020 - 06:02 PM ]
Observer Another interview with the late Rutger Hauer about Observer is here for us to get further ready for the release of Observer: System Redux We are back with yet another "lost" interview with the late Rutger Hauer to help promote what we can expect when it comes to Observer: System Redux. This new version of the game is still hitting the PS5 and Xbox Series X next week, and we all need a reminder of it all. That and just a reminder of this acting legend that helped bring the original Observer to life for us all. A solid thing given the cyberpunk history of actor and the subject matter of the core game. Here Is A Better Look At The Dual Reality Of The Medium
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Medium We have some new explanations on how The Medium's dual reality system will work and The Medium offers up something yet to be seen One of the big mechanics we have seen in past videos for The Medium has been the dual reality system that we will need to navigate. This is the one where the main character will be both in the physical and spiritual world with all of the issues that may cause. It looks like it can be an ever-present thing in there from Bloober Team with about two-thirds of the game existing in one of them for most of the game. That is why we have one more explanation video for The Medium that gives us another look at the game and just how it will work when December 10th rolls up and we can play the game on the Xbox Series X and PC. Observer A new video for Observer: System Redux is out there with the famed Rutger Hauer talking about aspects of Observer Right out of the gate I am going to have to stop you, as we know Rutger Hauer is no longer with us in the physical realm but that does not mean that his legacy does not live on and will through Observer: System Redux. Now that we have that out of the way, we can move on to what we have here for the PS5 and Xbox Series X title that is on its way here for those console launches. The item here is that we have an interview with the man and Bloober Team talking about the game he helped to bring to life and we will see yet again. Read More...

The Medium The Medium has its release date set for this December so many out there will be able to experience The Medium and horrors Here we go with one more big release date announcement and this one for The Medium here for the Xbox Series X and PC. While it would have been perfect to drop this one for Halloween, it makes sense to know it would not make that given the platform options Bloober Team is giving for the game. Thankfully, this does mean that we will have another title on the new system before the end of the year. All because The Medium is now set to release on December 10th for us to split worlds and try to take down The Maw. Read More...
