Zangief Is Also Returning For Street Fighter V
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Street Fighter V Looks like Street Fighter V is also bringing Zangief into the mix again as he is the latest character shown off for the Street Fighter V roster Mark another "not a big surprise" character down to join Street Fighter V as it has been announced and shown off that Zangief will again be fighting for Mother Russia when the game launches early next year. Seeing as he has been in almost every version of Street Fighter to date it, like I said, is not shocking that Capcom will be bringing him. Thankfully though it does look like they have altered his moves somewhat to make him feel new on the PS4 and PC. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of September 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games That wraps yet another week in video games and all of their news and updates. Of course it was heavy given the fact that we are moving into video games review season here in a few weeks and there is a lot of stuff for Rock Band, Guitar Hero, and Fallout 4 to get out there to the masses. That and all of the news for video games like Hellblade and Plants Vs Zombies. Big or small we were able to cover them here. Read More...

Street Fighter V Is Bringing Karin Kanzuki Back To The Fight
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Another character is added to the Street Fighter V roster in the way of Karin Kanzuki so we can add another female fighter to Street Fighter V Look out as we have yet another classic character coming to Street Fighter V in a fully remodeled way. This one being Karin who, until now, has only appeared in Street Fighter Alpha 3 but apparently became so popular among Japanese fans and American fans that Capcom has decided to bring her to the PS4 and PC via Street Fighter V. To go along with that we also have a new trailer for the female fighter to show off what she is bringing to Street Fighter V besides a weird fashion sense for someone who is about to get into a fight. I'd never wear a neckerchief when heading into a street brawl. Read More...

Street Fighter V Adds Another NEW Character To The Roster
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of September 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Direct from the Dubai Games Expo comes a new character for Street Fighter V and his name is Rashid and he looks like he is a master of wind in Street Fighter V Add another character to the growing list of fighters in Street Fighter V. Not only another character but a whole new character to the franchise in the way of Rashid as he was debuted by Capcom during the most recent Games Expo in Dubai. Makes sense given the garb you see him sporting here in his reveal trailer as well as the theme he has in Street Fighter V. That seems a bit 'racist' when you say it but hey, I am not the one building this game for the PS4 and PC. Read More...

Here's Why You Should Pre-Order Street Fighter V
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
The pre-order bonuses for Street Fighter V have been revealed as well as a nice new Collector's Edition for Street Fighter V Is there a triple 'A' title that isn't going to have a collector's edition? It looks like we can add Street Fighter V into the mix there for another game that will be getting a bigger and badder bundle for the game. At least the Street Fighter V one is only slated at being a cheaper $99.99 USD and is coming with pretty much the basics of a CE as of late. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 8/24/15 — 8/28/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of August 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This week in video games in now in a wrap and we can all focus on bigger and better things. Like PAX Prime or actually playing some of those video games that we heard or know about now. Especially since next week is going to be a doozy with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and Mad Max hitting on the same day. That is if you were able to get through Until Dawn and the latest for Tales From The Borderlands already. Sometimes things have to hit the back-burner and get played later instead of sooner. Street Fighter V Bringing More Butt-Slams With R. Mika
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 27th of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
R. Mika, or Rainbow Mika, is back for Street Fighter V and it looks like she is bringing more than just something Sir Mix-A-Lot would love in Street Fighter V Now that the Street Fighter V beta is underway, and going well from what I hear, it looks like it is time to bring out yet another fighter that will be gracing the scene when it comes to the PC and PS4. In fact it looks like Capcom is going into the Wayback Machine to pull this one up as it looks like we are getting a character that has been MIA since 1998. The character here being R. Read More...

The Street Fighter V North American Stress Test Starts
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of August 2015 - 09:02 PM ]
The stress test for the latest Street Fighter V beta build in the North American region begins this week for all those Street Fighter fans Talk about one hell of a turnaround as it looks like the Street Fighter V "beta" stress test for the North American region is upon us sooner than speculated. In fact by the time some of you are reading this Capcom will have turned on the flood gates for all of those PC and PS4 gamers to try and bring down the Street Fighter V servers. Not via hacking or anything but by sheer amount of players trying to beat each other down over their network and in the game. I hope no one gets any wise ideas here as this Street Fighter V "beta" has been trying to get rolled out for some time now and it looks like the wait is over…for now. Read More...

Looks Like The Street Fighter V Beta Is Back
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of August 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
The 'indefinitely' canceled Street Fighter V beta test looks to be back on in the form of a stress test in your region soon If you were over joyed to get in on the Street Fighter V beta test only to be let down when it was terminated then it is time for you to get over joyed again as it looks like it is coming back to a region near you as soon as today. Yes, it looks like Capcom is going to try it again this time in the say of "Stress Test" starting in Europe and then moving out to North America and Asia if all is successful. Then a global test for Street Fighter V sometime after all of that if things go smooth on all sides. Read More...

Vega's Beauty Will Intoxicate Us In Street Fighter V Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of August 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Looks like Street Fighter V will be hosting the fighting prowess of Vega again as he has been announced for Street Fighter V now As if we had much doubt that Vega would be making a return in Street Fighter V. If you did though you can remove all that doubt as it looks like Vega will be back and Capcom has added in a few new twists to the character to aid in keeping the character in line with Street Fighter V and still be a viable fighter when the game hits the PS4 and PC sometime next year. Don't worry though; this Spanish "ninja" still has his grace, beauty, and claws that magically don't kill a single person when struck. It's not like the characters of Street Fighter V could honestly live through a Jason Voorhees and Wolverine hybrid in a real all out street brawl. Read More...

Street Fighter V Gets Another New & Savage Character At EVO
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 20th of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
During EVO 2015 a new character for Street Fighter V was shown to the world as well as a bit more of Street Fighter V's gameplay EVO took place over the last weekend and what would it be without a nice new Street Fighter V update for us all? It would be doing us all a disservice given the fact that Capcom had some of the larger titles there and Street Fighter V is the next major iteration to the franchise. Even if Xbox One players don't get to experience it and everything. Remember Street Fighter V is a PS4 and PC only title this time around. Read More...

Of Course M. Bison Will Be In Street Fighter V
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 20th of May 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
The first gameplay for M. Bison in Street Fighter V has been released and he looks as bad ass as ever in the franchise It's only been about three months now since we were teased with M. Bison being in Street Fighter V so of course we now have the gameplay reveal trailer for the character. Fresh from Capcom we have just that so we can see how the "villain" of the game will look, feel, and handle once we get him on the PS4 or PC. Still so very weird to be saying that for a game like Street Fighter V but that is the current state of things and we all will have to deal. Just like other titles that will remain nameless here as this is all about Street Fighter V now. Read More...

Street Fighter V's Nash Now Shown With Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of February 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Street Fighter V shows off that teased Nash character in action and then teases another character for the next trailer Charlie/Nash is now longer a teased character for Street Fighter V as we now have some footage of him in full action. Maybe you remember the tease as it was back in December of last year or maybe you don't. It doesn't matter anymore as the quick three second video is part of the new trailer that we have for Street Fighter V. It also happens to show some of the insane combos that Nash will have as well as the ability to teleport in the PS4/PC title. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 20th of December 2014 - 12:03 AM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games While others are letting the news for video games fall to the side lines or into the wastes, we are hard at work keep it all flowing for you. We're going to be spending a lot more time here with our video games here in short time so we need to keep up to date with what will be coming once we have no time to play them all again. Isn't this industry nice? With Evolve, Dying Light, and the Call Of Duty DLC coming you need to be reminded while trying to still enjoy #killallzombies or Grand Theft Auto V right? Read More...

New Street Fighter V Gameplay & A Character Announcement
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 15th of December 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
During the Capcom cup Street Fighter V was shown to the public for the first time and we had a new character added to the roster Street Fighter V was named a PS4/PC exclusive at the PlayStation Experience a week ago. This last weekend now marks the first bit of gameplay as well as the first public match of the game being played. This of course all took place during the 2014 Capcom Cup in San Francisco, CA last Saturday (12/13/14). This makes sense that these fans would get to see everything in action but lucky for everyone else that the event was streamed online so none of us had to miss out. Read More...
