Another Red Dead Redemption 2 Rumor Pops Up With A Game Map
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of April 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Red Dead Redemption 2 Another rumored tidbit for Red Dead Redemption 2 has popped up in ways a of game map & points to Red Dead Redemption 2 being a prequel not a sequel Here we go with yet another Red Dead Redemption 2 rumor to get you all hyped up for a game that has yet to even be announced. A game that Rockstar Games has even yet to fully tease could be in the works but that of course could all be playing coy. Either way it looks like the game map for Red Dead Redemption 2 has found its way out there somehow and Take-Two Interactive has yet to shut it all down. Of course that doesn't mean much but there are claims it came right out the workshop somehow. Read More...

Manhunt Manhunt & Bully have popped up on the EU PS Store via PS2 'backwards' so we can all experience the joys of Manhunt yet again Seemingly out of nowhere it looks like Manhunt and Bully have popped up on the EU PlayStation store for purchase on the PS4. Yes these two PS2 classic titles from Rockstar Games are the next on the list for the "backwards compatible" titles that we were told would be coming. Not only coming but given a high res treatment and throwing all of the new features that the PS4 has into the mix for both titles. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of March 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Red Dead Redemption 2 Rumors about Red Dead Redemption 2 being in production have popped up again and claim we could hear about Red Dead Redemption 2 being official at E3 Here we are six years after the first title launched and we have more Red Dead Redemption 2 rumors popping up. In fact it is pretty much the same rumor we had last year that Rockstar Games never let pan out but yet again we are seeing we are seeing it. Just like before rumor has it that we will get an announcement of Red Dead Redemption 2 at E3 this year with a release on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC for some time in 2017. Learning To Fly Max Payne Style
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 5th of January 2012 - 12:11 AM ]
I swear if we were suppose to figure out what a game is all about from just the screen shots and video shared from companies we would all be way off most of the time. A good example would be the below screen shots from Max Payne 3. It looks like a good mixture of campaign as well as multiplayer mixed in here. So let me take a stab at what I'd say the game is all about based off these. First, it's all about flying around an industrial playground shooting whatever you can. Read More...

Grand Theft Auto V Now Has It's Trailer...Straight Outta Vinewood
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of November 2011 - 05:40 PM ]
The wait is now over GTA fans. The first trailer for Grand Theft Auto V can be seen below in all of its glory. At least in the glory of having a trailer that really doesn't tell us much. Outside of heavy hints at a Los Angeles-type setting and a time period of being current. But hey, it is better than just having a tweet that said the game was coming. We all get to see that the game is in full production and not just some pre-production limbo for now. I, for one, was wishing that Rockstar would have deviated from the normal GTA staples and gone outside of the box - at least in the realm of game world. Read More...

Bringing The Pain Like Max Payne 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of April 2011 - 05:28 PM ]
So I'm confused now. Where are all the "demons" or drug induced hallucinations? For that matter Mark Wahlberg? That was what the franchise was all about wasn't it? The film wouldn't deviate that much would it? I defined the whole Max Payne franchise based on that film as I have never played any of the games before. That is a good reference isn't it? When have video game films ever been that far off from the original source? Read More...

Ah The Mean Streets Of L.A. Noire...
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of April 2011 - 10:26 PM ]
There is nothing like see the dirty underbelly of the streets and police force. It totally gives me the warm and fuzzy feeling in my belly. For once, one of the trailers for L.A. Noire has actually been able to get me to lose some doubt. Well, at least the doubt in how the audio mixes in with the visuals. As I have said before, to me the audio seems just way too high quality when mixed in. Not that either the visuals and audio are bad, but they just didn't seem to meld well. Read More...

Red Dead Redemption: First Impressions And Thoughts
by Brian Goodman [ Friday, 21st of May 2010 - 09:41 PM ]
Red Dead Redemption is Rockstar San Diego's newly released sandbox genre game. Despite many delayed release dates, reports of troubled working conditions, and an overblown development budget making profitability unlikely, the game has come out to much critical acclaim and rightly so. Red Dead Redemption is a sequel to the 2004 XBox and PS2 release Red Dead Revolver. Red Dead Redemption stars outlaw turned government agent John Marston. The Clint Eastwood-like spaghetti western plot revolves around Mr. Read More...

Grand Theft Auto comes to iPhone and iPod touch
by Corey Dockendorf [ Tuesday, 1st of September 2009 - 09:31 PM ]
Take2 interactive announced yesterday that they will be releasing Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars for the iPhone and iPod touch. With the release of the game on Nintendo DS, and PSP in late October, it’s no surprise that they are developing for the iPod touch/iPhone which is quickly becoming the next generation portable gamer system. I remember playing the original grand theft auto, and this new version is very reminiscent of that. The top-down, open-world style game play is really bringing back the roots of the original Grand theft auto. Read More...

Manhunting For Rumors
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 26th of August 2009 - 03:48 PM ]
Manhunt 2 PC Rated AO Who wants to play Manhunt 2 the way it was originally designed to be played? You know the version that originally netted the game and AO (Adults Only) rating way back in October of 2007. The version that was deemed so violent, raunchy, and filthy that it was banned in a few countries and had to undergo massive censorships to be made into a M (Mature) rated game. I know I do. Maybe it would be the game everyone was hoping for. Read More...

Max Payne 3 details
by Corey Dockendorf [ Tuesday, 16th of June 2009 - 02:22 AM ]
Wow, the dark brooding hero has put on a few pounds since last we saw him! Max Payne, who is now bald and sporting a pretty fierce beard, is back and in full force and gracing the cover of Game Informer.  Not only that, the guy is addicted to pain killers. Who didn't see that one coming? Max Payne 3 takes place in Sao Paolo, Brazil, with "fully destructible environments". Which means more stuff to shoot at and blow up.  Players will also experience "day and night cycles". Read More...
