Gears Of War 4 The Gears Of War 4 beta may be a few weeks off but that doesn't mean you can't see Gears Of War 4 in action right now with a few new bits of gameplay The Gears Of War 4 multiplayer beta may still be set to be available on April 25th but that doesn't mean you have to wait to see some of it in action. Looks like The Coalition invited a bunch of VIPs on over to give the beta a go just before the public had a chance and it looks like the videos of the event are starting to make their way online. Gears Of War 4 A new trailer for Gears Of War 4 has popped up and it gives us all a good taste to the dark tones and themes that Gears Of War 4 will be touching on If you were paying attention over the weekend you may have seen a new trailer for Gears Of War 4. If you were not paying attention then you missed out on The Coalition's most recent showing of the game. All in a nice CG style look to it and with a slow version of a slow song to try and give us a feel for the tone Gears Of War 4 will be taking on when it comes to the single player campaign. Gears Of War The release date for Gears Of War 4 has been set in stone for later this year and Gears Of War fans will also be able to take part in a multiplayer beta The curtain has been pulled back and now Gears Of War 4 has a solid release date other than Holiday 2016. It looks like The Coalition is wrapping things up nicely and we will be seeing the game on October 11th as of right now. Of course things could change between now and then but it looks like all you gear-heads will be getting another Gears Of War fix in October. Let the partying begin and let the blood and guts flow like wine… It only took a little under a year to get that out there for us all but since Microsoft's big event at E3 last year it looks like a lot of care has been in place to make sure Gears Of War 4 went along smooth. Quantum Break A new cinematic trailer for Quantum Break has been released and it adds some darker tones to Quantum Break with a cover of Nirvana If for some reason you didn't have a good grasp on how the theme of Quantum Break will feel then it is time to see yet another cinematic trailer for the game. I swear Remedy wants to pump out more of these then any real gameplay but seeing as Quantum Break is using a very life like structure for the characters what you are about to see could quite easily be gameplay and we just don't know it. Scalebound The release date for Scalebound has been pushed back to 2017 now as the team working on Scalebound wants to be able to deliver their visions perfectly and not just to get a game out If Scalebound was on your radar for an amazing RPG experience on the Xbox One it looks like you are going to have to wait a bit longer to get it as the game has now been hit with delays. It looks like PlatinumGames has huge plans for Scalebound and having it out sometime in 2016 just isn't going to allow them the time to blow our minds with the game. Xbox One 17 more titles hit the Xbox One in way of Backward Compatibility giving more Xbox One gamers something to play over the Christmas Break As if the 104 titles that were already Xbox One backwards compatible were not enough it looks like we get a whole bunch more added this week to expand that library further. Microsoft may not be crushing it in the console selling area at the moment but they sure do have a lot of fan favorite titles making it back to the Xbox One and now we have 17 more to add to the list. Killer Instinct It has been announced that Killer Instinct will be gaining the character Shadow Jago this December to further expand the character list of Killer Instinct Now for some really fun Killer Instinct news for you. Yes you. The fans as you have finally been able to get Shadow Jago into Killer Instinct from Iron Galaxy Studios. According to a recent post, trailer, and announcement the character will be hitting the Xbox One on December 4th for those who attained the character in Killer Instinct via the Community Fund Bundle or via Xbox Live Day One Gold. Xbox One The list of games that will be backwards compatible for the Xbox One has been released just before the update that will allow them to be played on the Xbox One Back at E3 this year it was announced that the Xbox One was going to be getting backwards support for some of the games that a lot of people grew to love on the Xbox 360. It had to be one of the most shocking things that Microsoft had to show during the press conference and now on November 12th it looks like we are all getting the first 104 titles to make the jump and allow us all to recreate those nostalgic moments on the Xbox One. Halo 5 With the release of Halo 5: Guardians almost here it looks like some gameplay from the beginning of Halo 5 has made it online for all to see Given that earlier this week we had the launch trailer for Halo 5: Guardians get released to the world and review copies of the game making their way out there it was only a matter of time before we had some real gameplay to see. In fact, and I am hoping that 343 Industries does take them all down, I have a feeling that we are going to get all kinds of Halo 5 videos here in the coming week to help sell the game. New Quantum Break gameplay footage was shown off at Gamescom as well as a release date for when we can expect Quantum Break to hit the Xbox One We finally got what we have all been promised and that is more footage of Quantum Break right from Gamescom this year. During the Microsoft press event the team from Remedy Games not only showed a new trailer but also showed another good chunk of Quantum Break gameplay as well as showing us the level of star power that the developer and publisher were able to get on board for Quantum Break. We Have You Covered With The Live Stream Below We are one press conference in the bag and it is time to hop into the second major one for E3 in the way of Microsoft and all the wares that they will have for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Windows platforms. Just like with Bethesda and their E3 press conference there are some completely expected titles to come out here during the Microsoft conference; Games like Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3, Gears Of War and Rise Of The Tomb Raider are completely on the docket here. I'd also place even money on their being some form of VR with the Oculus Rift on the Xbox One given the previous announcements but I also wouldn't be surprised if it was left out here too.
