A new trailer for Let It Die has been released in the preempt to the Tokyo Game Show and it has a bit of gameplay mixed in If there was one trailer that confused the heel out of me at E3 this year it was Let It Die from Grasshopper Manufacture. Near the end of last week Deep Silver and Occupant Entertainment announced that a Dead Island film adaptation is in the works Time to hear the resounding cheers and jeers for the announcement of a Dead Island film. Yes, it looks like we may be getting a film adaptation of Deep Silver's largest zombie themed game. The first Dead Island has sold over 8 million copies of the game to date so it seems like it would be a perfect time to rake in more dough on the franchise. The film adaptation for Heavenly Sword will be released on September 2nd for all to enjoy Back in February we had our last look at the CGI film version of Heavenly Sword. Today we are greeted with a new trailer that explains a bit more of the story for those of you who have yet to play the game. HEXO+, a Kickstarted camera accessory, has been funded and it looks like it is making that Razer April Fools' joke happen If you remember back in April, Razer made a joke about a drone that would film all of your life events and even make you feel like you were in a video game. That was the joke but it looks like with the HEXO+ Kickstarter almost reaching its last stretch goal with 15 days to go, we are getting just that device. While the HEXO+ wasn't originally designed for that purpose the first two stretch goals would allow for just that; a live video playback on your phone and the ability to set up specific angles. Insomniac Games has announced that they are experimenting with the open development process with a new 'indie' title Slow Down Bull We've seen a bit of "open development" with other studios but it looks like Insomniac Games is giving it a go with Slow Down Bull. By open development I am talking about how some studios have been live streaming the process or conducting Google Hangouts to get gamer feedback as they move forward in the process. This is just the case for Slow Down Bull as it will consist of a team of four to five members of the Insomniac crew making this little PC title over the course of "until it is done". Remedy Entertainment has given us a tease for Quantum Break with nothing more coming until Gamescom in August So everyone seems to be announcing everything just before E3 or, in the case of Quantum Break, telling us that there will be nothing new until a later date. In the case of Quantum Break that would happen to be Gamescom in August this year. Not too far off but for us State-side that means that most of us will have to be remote to see what Remedy has up their sleeves for us for the game. A pre-order page for Far Cry 4 has let loose some details surrounding the story of the game. Well that didn't take too long before something was 'leaked' for Far Cry 4. Granted it isn't much but at least it is safe to assume that it is accurate and not a rumor considering the source. The source being the pre-order page on the uPlay website for Far Cry 4. Can't get any more solid than that unless this is all one big Ubisoft troll to promote Watch_Dogs. I wouldn't put it past them to state that the site was "hacked" as part of a promotion but seeing as you can only view the below content on a cached version of the site I think that may be a bit far-fetched. Ubisoft has announced that Far Cry 4 is coming and coming as soon as November this year. So we've had The Division delayed but now we have the announcement of Far Cry 4 to pick up the slack this year. Maybe this is what was meant by not wanting to compromise quality for The Division? None the less though it looks like Far Cry fans will have the next installment of the franchise to look forward to on November 18th 2014 on their PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, or PC. If Ubisoft had their way there would be an 'and' instead of the 'or' as you would be picking up Far Cry 4 on multiple platforms. We get all hands on with Boot Hill Heroes. Here is our experience with the game. Experimental Gamer showed off the second part to their RPG trilogy Boot Hill Heroes at PAX East this year. They initially started this back in 2012 by Kickstarting the first game reaching a goal over three times the goal amount. With successful funding the series has been moving rapidly beginning to pan out from the PC download to Xbox Live, PSN, and Steam. While of the three platforms only the PS Vita currently has access Xbox Live Indie is in the works with Steam awaiting the Greenlight. Read More...

Yet another April Fools' joke; this time from Razer in the form of Eidolon. A crazy augmented reality drone and contact lens system. Now here is yet another April Fools' joke straight from Razer in the form of a product called Eidolon. This is one of the more obvious jokes floating around today but the fun fact here is that I had an idea for this back when my mortal coil was a young lad. What am I talking about? South Park The Stick Of Truth is hit with further censorship. This time in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. What is being taken out? It's games like South Park The Stick Of Truth that make me happy to live in a country that doesn't openly censor entertainment content. I won't go down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories about that in the US but on a whole it isn't done as much as it seems to happen outside. Personally it is a little shocking what makes it in this nation of prudes but not other, more open cultures but it would seem that in this case we in the US are okay with anal probing as a whole.
