SDCC Hands-On — Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Doctor Who While at SDCC, I was able to see Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time So many fans out there have been excited to see just what is going to happen in Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time since it had a surprise announcement and then what felt like a quick development cycle. It is still releasing this September for the various VR systems across the PC and PS4. It is also still very much linked to the current version of Doctor Who currently on the BBC with Maze Theory working close with them to make sure it is what fans want. Read More...

The Blood Of Blazkowicz Is Still Flowing In Wolfenstein: Youngblood
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of July 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein Wolfenstein: Youngblood is about to launch so that means we have a new trailer to take in just days before getting back into the Wolfenstein seat In just a few days the terror twins will be at it in Wolfenstein: Youngblood to cause all of the havoc their bloodline is known for when it comes to the Nazis. It is odd to think that July 26th is almost here and that Machine Games has been hammering it all home so well. At least based on what has been seen thus far. Read More...

Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey Shows How Nature Is Cruel
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Ancestors A new video series for Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey has kicked off to take us further behind the anthropology we will get to know in Ancestors I hope by now that we all know the basics of what is going on Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey and just how things will evolve as we play. Not just in terms of gameplay, but also the way that Panache Digital Games is going about sharing the experience with us and trying to stick close to the real situations that brought humanity to the place it is today. It looks like Ancestors is going to be much more than a game for us when it launches this year on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. Now we get a little bit more of a treat to see just how that will all be. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 17th of July 2019 - 09:00 PM ]

At least for those who picked up the season pass of content in the multiple ways THQ Nordic made it available. It is still available in a solo price mode if this is all you were looking for too. All to make sure you have even more for Darksiders III to play and keep Gunfire Games making more for the franchise. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 15th of July 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Man Of Medan New gameplay footage for Man Of Medan shows us just how the co-op mode in Man Of Medan will actually work when we play the game Last week we found out that Man Of Medan was going to have some multiplayer options to the game when it launched. The game will still have its solo mode, but Supermassive Games is giving us a way to play co-op online and with many friends on the couch. Not the big news here. The news we have here is that we now have a look at just how that online multiplayer will work when Man Of Medan launches. Read More...

Leave The Dirt & Chaos Of Earth Behind With Everreach: Project Eden
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 15th of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Everreach We have the reveal for Everreach: Project Eden as another action RPG is on its way to the various platforms with Everreach We can leave Earth once again, as we have Everreach: Project Eden on its way to us here in September for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Well, at least the last two will be out in September with the PS4 getting its launch a bit later on as Elder Games and Headup Games work out all of the details for that. It may sound odd at this point, but that is how it is. This is also not the point here as it is all about the announcement for Everreach: Project Eden and the bit of gameplay we have to look at for this 3rd person action RPG that will be using elements from other titles in the same vein. This Week In Video Games 7/8/19 — 7/12/19
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of July 2019 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week One more week in the bag and onward to the next and what wonders it may hold for our video games. My guess is that it will have a light load for next week given that it is SDCC and most of it will be rehashed versions of things from E3. I just hope we get more of the positive news for our video games instead of the delays for Psychonauts 2 and very little for Shenmue III we had this week. Given how close Control is to launch, it would make sense that we see something else coming. Read More...

Man Of Medan It has been announced that Man Of Medan, and all of The Dark Pictures Anthology titles, will have co-op and multiplayer to survive the horrors coming with Man Of Medan In an interesting plot twist for Man Of Medan, it looks like the horror title will no longer be a single-player game in general. Walk Through More Of The Gameplay For Moons Of Madness
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 10th of July 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Moons Of Madness A new edit of the Moons Of Madness gameplay from E3 is here to show off more of the horror Moons Of Madness has in the wings for us Right after E3 we had a good look at some of the gameplay that was out there for Moons Of Madness and the horrors it could contain. It may have been a good look for some of you out there, but there was some commentary from Rock Pocket Games that played over the dialog and sound in that video. Some of you may have been pulled out of the immersion of Moons Of Madness due to this. For those who felt that way, we have another cut of the gameplay from the floor to place you back in the horror of the game and possibly dying on Mars due to some cosmic horrors. Read More...

Flythrough More Of The World Of Remnant: From The Ashes
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 9th of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Remnant More of the areas in Remnant: From The Ashes are here for us to take in, as the world seems to expand even further for Remnant We have another flyby attack for Remnant: From The Ashes in terms of more of the game's world to explore. I am sure you gathered that from the title there, but it is still the case for what Gunfire Games has been working on and what we should be expecting for the game. It would be a bit of a letdown if all we had was the last one and then had to wait until August 20th to finally see more for Remnant: From The Ashes. It would also just be poor marketing for the game. Read More...
