While At The PlayStation Experience I Was Able To See Bloodborne In A More Intimate Setting Than Just A Trailer. I Gave The Game A Go Via Two Different Hunters To Make Sure I Didn't Miss Anything… Up until the PlayStation Experience my time with Bloodborne has been only in the way of trailers or watching one of the developers try to show off the game. Godzilla Is Coming To Wreck The Game Awards

Looks like Godzilla is going to have a showing at the Game Awards as well as a possible North American release for the PS3 title Laugh all you want but it looks like Godzilla will be making and official showing in Las Vegas, NV. I'm of course talking about the game and not the king of the monsters or any of his adversaries. Even in the most recent film for Godzilla the beast never actually stepped foot in the city but it looks like he has changed his mind about destroying Sin City. I think that is enough joshing around. Bloodborne Has Been Delayed To March

Sony PlayStation has announced that Bloodborne has been delayed back to March of 2015 If you were looking forward to playing Bloodborne on February 6th then it is time for you to get let down. It looks like the game has now been delayed in making its PS4 debut until March 24th of 2015. Just under two month extra that you will have to wait, that's all. Could be a lot worse like six months or a year so you might want to calm down on the canceling of the pre-orders and all. YouTube users have been showing off some of the combat, environments, and enemies for Bloodborne during the current alpha test of the game The Bloodborne alpha test is underway. Blodborne Now Has A Release Date For All Other Locations

The release date for all territories has been announced for Blodborne from Sony at the Tokyo Game Show At the beginning of the month we had a nice showing of Blodborne and its slated release date in Japan during Sony's pre-TGS press event. This was nice and all for all of those who lived in Japan but the rest of the world was wondering when Blodborne would be hitting their PS4s and if it would be around the same time. I know I speculated on the same thing at the time of the press event so I know what everyone was talking about. See All The Haunted House Jump Scares Of Bloodborne From Gamescom

A new gameplay video for Bloodborne has been released and it shows off the combat and odd AI for the game Just like the Wild Hunt gameplay I spoke about earlier, here we have the same treatment for Bloodborne from Gamescom. It may not be 37 minutes but it is a nice chunk of change that shows off all the gameplay for Bloodborne in action. As well as a bit on that Regain System that was talked about during the convention proper. Let's Regain Some Perspective On The Combat System Of Bloodborne

Not only was there a new trailer for Bloodborne out of Gamescom but some new information on the combat system and how it differs from other IPs When I first saw Bloodborne at E3 I was under-impressed with what I saw. Visually Bloodborne looked spectacular but as far as gameplay and combat went it looked nothing like the announcement trailer or other bits of CGI that was being shown. What I was expecting was fast paced and not along the lines of Demon's Souls' kind of combat for this PS4 title. Luckily there was a bit more of an explanation for Bloodborne at Gamescom here recently and it is starting to make more sense now. Read More...

It Looks Like There Is A New Godzilla Game Coming To The PS3

Namco Bandai has announced Godzilla coming to the PS3 in Japan this winter No, this isn't a late announcement for Godzilla as the most recent "reboot" has already come and gone from theaters here in North America. It is an announcement for Godzilla that will be coming to PS3s in Japan though. Hopefully in other regions without the need for modding or hacking the hardware but there have been no announcements to date. E3 2014 Impressions: Bloodborne

While at E3 I got to see Bloodborne in a more intimate setting than just the trailer. Here's my take on it One of the larger titles named and shown during the Sony press conference was a game called Bloodborne. The next title coming from Japan Studios and From Software for the PS4. You may know them from King's Field and Dark Souls and it looks like Bloodborne is along the same lines here. I had the pleasure of seeing their live gameplay demo on the show floor at E3. rain Gets A Story Trailer... Kind Of...

Back in March we got a look at rain's game play. It was a bit confusing as to what the actual game is about besides an invisible boy running around trying to find/save an invisible girl while invisible monsters chase them and, presumably, try to kill them. I guess it is a good thing that there was a story trailer released to try and explain things a bit better. Let's take a watch and see what rain is all about. Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon, developed by Namco and localized by XSeed Games, is an interesting game. I felt like I was playing an anime with many Japanese RPG elements infused within. Fragile Dreams is about a young boy named Seto, who is on a quest to find others in the world after nearly everyone has disappeared. After coming in contact with a young girl named Ren, she runs off and he is on a quest to find her and hopefully others. Early on in his journey he finds a Personal Frame Unit that is a talking backpack, and helps guide Seto through many of his trials and tribulations. Read More...

A Black Wii?

Lunar Silver Star Story Remake Coming To PSP

Lunar: Silver Star Story (Lunar: Harmony of Silver Star in Japan) has been slated for a new remake, this time being released on the Sony PSP. Originally released in 1992 on the Mega CD in Japan, and then brought to the U.S. by Working Designs to the Sega CD, it eventually saw a re-release on the Sony Playstation. The new version of the game will be fully remastered with updated graphics, music and video at an unprecedented quality.
