The How Will You Survive video series continues for Alien Isolation showing off why guns don't solve everything in the game If you've been out of the loop then you may have missed that Sega and Creative Assembly have a nice little video series slowly coming out for Alien Isolation. The idea behind it all is how to survive in the world that the game takes place in. It is also a nice look at how not to play Alien Isolation as the actions taken by the player in these videos seem to always lead to the titular alien hunting them down and doing very bad things to them. Alien Isolation has gone gold and with that announcement Sega and Creative Assembly have given us a new trailer for the game It's always a good day when we can say that a game has gone gold and there are no more delays, which happens to be just the case for Alien Isolation. So far the alpha and beta builds of the game have handled amazingly as well as brought the horror back to the franchise. This is one of the few titles I am still looking forward to for the rest of this year so the golden announcement will make this October 7th such an amazing day. A new CGI trailer for Alien Isolation has been released from Gamescom showing off the terror that Creative Assembly is aiming for There shouldn't be any mistake in knowing that Alien Isolation is being slated more to the horror and suspense side of the franchise than the pure action schlop we've been getting. I've played through a bit of the game at conventions past and while it is now Silent Hills teaser it is a down right suspenseful title. At least that is the case based on the little bit I have played for Alien Isolation but I am sure that SEGA and Creative Assembly want to instill that fear that the franchise had so long ago. A new trailer show a behind the scenes look and interviews with the original cast coming together for Alien Isolation's DLC If you had that wonder mentioned above for Alien Isolation then we can put that to rest for now. In fact it sounds like the original cast seems to like the overall idea of Alien Isolation and the two bits of DLC they all worked on for us. In case you forgot that would be the Crew Expendable and Last Survivor packs that cause quite a stir a little while ago. A few new screenshots for the Alien Isolation DLC have surfaced showing a few scenes from the expansions I've been reading lately that people are upset about the pre-order DLC for Alien Isolation. I'm not completely sure why or if it is just the general hatred and Alien Isolation is just getting the backlash because it is the most recent that will have DLC for all platforms out the gate and not "exclusive" timed DLC like other titles that will remain nameless. Pre-order bonuses for Alien Isolation have been announced and it will let players recreate part of the original film during gameplay No, this isn't announcement about a new movie to go alongside the release of Alien Isolation. If the headline there confused you then I am not sorry to tell you that there is no new film. We are getting the chance to recreate part of the Alien film though; with some of the characters and voices that made the franchise so big that it spawned all those sequels, crappy games, and no Alien Isolation. Now it looks like we have a few more that didn't make the cut earlier but they still show off how nice the game will look. At least in the terms of fire, make-shift Molotov Cocktails, and flame throwers. While At E3 I Got To See Alien Isolation In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It So this is more of a two-for-one instead of just hands on for Alien Isolation at E3. There was a nice long showing of the game in a demo driven by one of the developers at Creative Assembly but then shortly after there was a bit of a challenge map that let us all experience the horror of Alien Isolation first hand. A new trailer showing off how the characters of Alien Isolation were created to give the game life. Here we go with another developer diary for Alien Isolation. This time it is showing off a bit more to the story of the game as well as to how Creative Assembly created each of the characters for the game. It is no real big surprise that they used a bit of facial capture but it is cool to see that they are using the actors who gave the performance as the actual model. A new developer diary for Alien Isolation has been released showing the care in creating the 70's Sci-Fi in a modern age. Let's mark this new developer diary for Alien Isolation a step in the right direction. At least in my book. Sega and Creative Assembly have just released a new dev diary showcasing how they are trying to stay true to the original limitations that the Alien films had for Alien Isolation. It is always funny to look back at older films and see how under advanced the future is supposed to be due to the real world tech at the times. For instance, Alien is supposed to be set around 2119 yet there are no crazy holograms or AR displays due to the limitations of the tech in the 70's. Read More...

Alien Isolation has a new developer video out showing off all the time and effort Creative Assembly has put in. A lot is riding on Alien Isolation making up for the horrors that the franchise has gone in. Horrors not in the good way for those just looking into what I am talking about. From what I have seen so far from Creative Assembly on this front has been extremely exciting and will hopefully right a horrible wrong that has taken place in the past. I guess the answer to the above Alien Isolation question is you. You want to see it and we have it for you. Granted there isn't much new in the way of footage from the game but what we have more of is Creative Assembly's vision for Alien Isolation.
