The wait is now over GTA fans. The first trailer for Grand Theft Auto V can be seen below in all of its glory. At least in the glory of having a trailer that really doesn't tell us much. Outside of heavy hints at a Los Angeles-type setting and a time period of being current. But hey, it is better than just having a tweet that said the game was coming. We all get to see that the game is in full production and not just some pre-production limbo for now. That's a heck of a visual isn't it? GTA IV, Street Fighter IV, Star Wars: The Force Unleased, Left 4 Dead, and Saints Row 2 are the latest candidates for the Platinum Hits treatment. A nice line-up to be certain and a great opportunity to jump aboard and experience these titles if you haven't done so already. Take2 interactive announced yesterday that they will be releasing Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars for the iPhone and iPod touch. With the release of the game on Nintendo DS, and PSP in late October, it’s no surprise that they are developing for the iPod touch/iPhone which is quickly becoming the next generation portable gamer system. I remember playing the original grand theft auto, and this new version is very reminiscent of that. Wow, the dark brooding hero has put on a few pounds since last we saw him! Max Payne, who is now bald and sporting a pretty fierce beard, is back and in full force and gracing the cover of Game Informer.  Not only that, the guy is addicted to pain killers. Who didn't see that one coming? Max Payne 3 takes place in Sao Paolo, Brazil, with "fully destructible environments". 4MM games is a new gaming company founded by the original co-founders of Rockstar Games Jamie King and Gary Foreman.  Best known for their creation of Grand Theft Auto, Midnight club racing, Bully and Max Payne. “I was hugely honored to be approached by talent of Jamie and Gary’s caliber to co-found 4mm Games,” said Nicholas Perrett, Chief Executive Officer of 4mm Games. Looks like this time around 4MM games will be concentrating on the "online" aspect of video games.  4MM games is looking to create new properties for mobile platforms like the iPhone before expanding to consoles. Microsoft recently announced that Xbox Live will be free of charge on February 17 to February 22nd. Now you may all think has Microsoft gone crazy, Xbox live free? No they have only given us this reward to celebrate the launch of Grand Theft Auto 4 Lost and Damned. For 5 days you will be able to play the multiplayer mode on GTAIV for free. Im Looking forward to participating in this event and think Microsoft will attract alot of gamers to GTAIV because of this i believe. Grand Theft Auto 4, perhaps one of the most talked about and anticipated games in the history of gaming. In its first week it managed to top 500 million in sales, easily surpassing every game ever made. It�s a series that�s like a fine wine: its gotten better with age. So here we go with Mass Effect style slander, but this time instead of Fox News, we get it from MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving).  Most likely without ever playing GTA IV, which is reflected in their statement below "where players have to drive drunk", MADD demands the ESRB to raise the game's rating to AO (Adults Only) and requests Rockstar cease publishing of the game. IGN posted their full review of the game this morning, which spans seven pages and ends in them awarding the game a 10 out of 10. "Hang in one area of the city long enough and you'll see how traffic and pedestrian flow changes as the day progresses. When it rains, people bring out umbrellas or shield themselves with a newspaper and run for an awning. Cops chase petty thieves unaware that walking down the street is Niko Bellic, cold-blooded killer. Kotaku is reporting that the PAL version of GTA IV for the Xbox 360 may have been leaked: At around 11:50am Greenwich Mean Time, the PAL version of Grand Theft Auto IV for the Xbox 360 was ripped and leaked to various torrent sites by a [group] called iCON… YouTube clips have been popping up online of the game’s opening and early missions — but as of posting, many of the clips have been taken down.
