Rebuild Your Story Before The Walking Dead: The Final Season Debuts
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of August 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead Just ahead of the first episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season, we have the chance to rebuild Clem’s story in The Walking Dead so we can carry on We are yet another day closer to The Walking Dead: The Final Season kicking off and just in case you have missed out on all of the fun from before, Telltale Games is offering up another chance to get in on it all. You could just pre-order and buy the bundle that gives you all of the episodes in the story so far, but that would require one epic binge of the franchise. Not that doing so is not worth it, this version of The Walking Dead has totally been worth it, but some of us do not have the time. Read More...

More Of The Surviving Class Of The Walking Dead: The Final Season Is Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 1st of August 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead Have another look at some of the cast of The Walking Dead: The Final Season and see what class of survivor will be waiting in this part of The Walking Dead We have had a few teases already of the new cast we will be seeing in The Walking Dead: The Final Season and it looks like many of them will be around Clem's age for once. That is all assumptions based on what we have seen before from Telltale Games for this season as we have yet to experience more than that and what little we do have in the latest Demo for the game. August 14th is only so far away and it is time to get to know some of these characters we will see added into The Walking Dead universe here and that day is today. Read More...

Even with the lull between major events that we are in at this point we still had a whole lot to look at and discuss. We had a lot of new gameplay show up for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Anthem here. We also found out a few other video games will be launching here soon or in regions we did not think possible. E3 Hands On — Overkill’s The Walking Dead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of June 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead While at E3, I was able to see Overkill’s The Walking Dead in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Overkill’s The Walking Dead. During all of the build-up to E3 we finally had a chance to see some of the gameplay we can expect for Overkill’s The Walking Dead. It was not much, but enough to give a feeling for where Starbreeze could be taking the game and I know I had many speculations on just where it would go. Speculation no more, though, as 505 Games brought me in to actually sit down and give this addition to the The Walking Dead universe that Overkill has been putting together. Read More...

The First Bit Of Gameplay For Overkill’s The Walking Dead Is Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of June 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead We finally have our first bit of gameplay for Overkill’s The Walking Dead and it looks like it is a new way to experience The Walking Dead The wait is over and we finally have some gameplay for Overkill’s The Walking Dead to look at instead of all of the amazing little teases and pre-rendered segments we have been given so far. Not that I have not enjoyed what Starbreeze has put together for those little bits, but I know I just want to see what I will be playing for Overkill here and not just the fancy stuff we will not be playing. All without having to wait until November 6th to get to actually see and play this version of The Walking Dead on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 6/4/18 — 6/8/18
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of June 2018 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This has totally been a week of video games to lead up to this year's E3. It could have been something that could have been extremely slow, but it looks like everyone out there was down to give us all a whole lot before the show. We had a nice release date for Days Gone dropped on us, a whole lot for two video games in The Walking Dead franchise, and a new Hitman title on the way. Most of which coming before the end of the year and having a lot of things to show off on the floor out there at E3. Read More...

Heather Is Here To Round Out The Characters For Overkill’s The Walking Dead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of June 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead The fourth and final character for Overkill’s The Walking Dead is now here and we can start to see just how this version of The Walking Dead is shaping up Today marks the day that all of the characters for Overkill’s The Walking Dead have been revealed and now we will hopefully be seeing some actual gameplay or other elements for the game moving forward. Not that I do not enjoy the CGI videos that Overkill has for each of them, but I think it is high time for a look at what we should actually be getting in Fall of 2018. Maybe it is just me? The Walking Dead: The Final Season Gets Really Dark With A Release Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead The release date for The Walking Dead: The Final Season has been set and we will see how Clementine's story will wrap in The Walking Dead universe Get those tears ready as The Walking Dead: The Final Season has a release date set for the first episode now and now we can see how it will all end on August 14th. At least see how Clementine's story will end in the franchise, so that could mean that Telltale Games could technically keep the IP going but I have a feeling that this will be the end of it all. This, of course, does not sound like things will go to well for the character as this is The Walking Dead and stories almost always come to a close with the character's horrible death. Read More...

Rid The Town Of Blood Plague With New State Of Decay 2 Gameplay
by Jana Lass [ Monday, 14th of May 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
State Of Decay New gameplay for State Of Decay 2 is out there to give us a look at how State Of Decay 2 starts and progresses just a bit further in New gameplay for State Of Decay 2 is here now and captured in wonderfully high settings for those looking to see how smooth or nice the game will run. It is no secret that Undead Labs is going to try to make it look and run as best it can on all of the Microsoft platforms, but now we have some solid proof that it will be at least visually stunning when we are all finally able to load it up and dive into the end of the world. Not that anyone was truly expecting State Of Decay 2 to be the next big breakthrough in visual effects for video games; it is just here to be noted that it will at least run at some higher level of detail than many gamers out there may be able to support at this time.
