Gord Gord will now be on its way to some consoles this Summer and there is some new gameplay to enjoy for Gord Gord has been left out there to grow and flourish in the mix of everything going on. This is a great thing, but also it feels like we might have been missing things along the way if we have not been just stalking the Covenant social accounts just for any kind of update. This is why you are here, I guess, if you needed something but did not have the solid time to dedicate out there. Now we have the update that Gord will be on its way to the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S in addition to the PC when it does finally get ready for the harvest this coming Summer. Read More...

Gord A new cinematic for Gord is here as the team behind Gord is set with a new publisher It has been a good deal of time since we last had an update for Gord, but it does look like development for the game is still well underway. This is an amazing thing for Covenant, as it is their debut title and it was looking like it could have been scrapped for all of the normal various reasons. Thankfully, that is not the case and now they also have Team17 in the corner to make sure that the PC does finally get to see Gord out there. When that will be? Read More...

The Villain Is Out There In Full Force For Phantom: Covert Ops
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 4th of May 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Phantom The main villain for Phantom: Covert Ops is here with Phantom grabbing a famed voice actor to bring the character to life Every good video game with a story should have a solid villain for us to be fighting and now we have our first look at the one coming for Phantom: Covert Ops when it hits the various PC VR platforms on June 25th. It might be a bit odd to think about as nDreams has not truly shown off much of a story for the game as of yet and it has been more of a few missions that could be left as that. Now, it looks like Phantom: Covert Ops is going to have a huge story to tell with the VR shooter gameplay and with it comes a huge name in the game to voice said villain. Read More...

E3 Hands-On — Phantom: Covert Ops
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of June 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Phantom While at E3, I was able to see Phantom: Covert Ops in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Phantom: Covert Ops. This year it felt like there was a lack of VR out at E3, but that does not mean it was not there and it did allow for titles like Phantom: Covert Ops to shine out a bit more than normal. Something that many could easily have looked over on the floor if there were loads of other titles out there. Thankfully, I had a chance to sneak down to nDreams to see just what they had for us this year and it was a nice little stealth VR title where we stay seated in a kayak the whole time. Read More...

Download the Resistance 2 Cover of Your Choice Just before Resistance 2 came out, Sony had a small vote on their official Blog to see which cover art would be used for Resistance 2. The final retail version of course is the one that won. But what about those people who really wanted one of the other covers for their game? Why won't people think about them? Oh wait, Sony just did. Read More...

[360 Review] Need for Speed Undercover
by [ Tuesday, 2nd of December 2008 - 06:25 AM ]
Racing titles are ever-evolving. With the intoduction of the open world to the genre, it has seemed that subsequent titles especially after Burnout Paradise have followed suit. While Burnout Paradise was a glowing example of the open world mechanic done right, many of the games it has inspired have been less-than-stellar entries to their respective franchises. The latest evidence of this is Need for Speed Underground. While it aspires to be a “thrilling”, open exercise in evading the cops and rising above the ranks, it falls short in a number of ways, making the other racing contenders available right now the better choice, most definitely. Users Will Soon Create PWNage For Heroes
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 29th of April 2008 - 03:56 PM ]
A Message From Positron – 4 Year Anniversary! So looking at the two titles that come with this Narticle, it may be a little hard to get what is going on in this one. That was the point. MWAHAHAHAHAHA! Yes, I can be a villain sometimes. But here we go. On the Official City of Heroes Forum Boards, lead designer Matt Miller made a nice long post about the 4 year anniversary of the game. He goes on about how the game has grown since it launched back in 2004 and continues to thank the users for keeping it in the lime light for so long. Nice of him since it is us, the gamers, that keep people like him knee deep in money and a job. Read More...
