A new cinematic for Gord is here as the team behind Gord is set with a new publisher
It has been a good deal of time since we last had an update for Gord, but it does look like development for the game is still well underway. This is an amazing thing for Covenant, as it is their debut title and it was looking like it could have been scrapped for all of the normal various reasons. Thankfully, that is not the case and now they also have Team17 in the corner to make sure that the PC does finally get to see Gord out there. When that will be? Well, that is still up in the air for now. We can just expect it to hit some time in 2022 so we can go deeper into the dark Slavic folklore that it will hold for us all.
More or less, that covers the latest updates for Gord that have been out there. That is unless you count the following video we have for the game that helps show some of the darkness that it will hold when it comes to the world. It does not show off much in the way of the strategy gameplay, none at all, but we get a solid taste for the themes and tone that will be in the mix of it all. I just hope that we do not need to wait too long until we get a solid update for Gord in regards to all of that. Beggars cannot be choosers here, so have a look and know that things are still progressing well for the game. 2022 should still be the beacon of light we are hoping for with our video games.
