The Ultimate Gaming Wishlist
by Jesse [ Friday, 3rd of July 2009 - 02:28 AM ]
I think if you look at the landscape of films that have been adapted from video games, generally it looks a lot like what comic book movies were like when they were first being released. Yes the original Superman and the original Batman movies from the mid-late 1980’s are classics, but look down the line at some of the sequels. Look across the board to movies like The Punisher or Captain America. These were awful movies. Read More...

The Ultimate Gaming Wishlist
by Jesse [ Thursday, 11th of June 2009 - 04:01 PM ]
The inclusion of three Star Wars characters in Soul Calibur IV was a hot button issue that polarized a lot of fans. For some they were an interesting addition to the tale of souls and swords. For others they were cheap, overpowered and had no business being there. Personally, I’m a huge Star Wars fan and I loved having them in the game. I can agree that a little more tweaking should have went in to making them more balanced like most of the other characters in the roster. Everyone knows just how ridiculous fighting against Yoda was, but even still this felt like the truest adaption of lightsaber combat in a video game. Read More...

What Do You Fight For?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 21st of April 2009 - 06:33 PM ]
Tekken 6 XBox 360 Title Preview: Spring 2009 Trailer Where did all the fighting go in this fighting game? That was something I though after watching the latest trailer for the console version of Tekken 6. I mean watch the trailer and see. There looks to be more going on than just fighting in this fighting game. People with guns, fat guys moving faster than they really should be able too, you get the picture. What this does look like though is that there is the chance there will be more story going on in the game outside of the characters are just getting down and dirty for their own greedy needs. Good Looking Splat!
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 9th of February 2009 - 11:49 PM ]
New Splatterhouse Trailer A new trailer for the game Splatterhouse has been unleashed upon the world from Game Trailers today, showcasing a bit more about this game that has kind of been underground for a while now. For quite some time there has yet to be any really new substance. But the below video clip shows that this game is still trudging along rather well. It has even got me to look a little further into it because of the play style looks to have. It looks a lot like a God of War type game, with demons. Read More...

by Sam [ Thursday, 16th of October 2008 - 03:18 AM ]
A guy by the name of "hailrazer" over at BenHeck.com modded his own portable Dreamcast called the Dreamtrooper. The reason for the name is because it's not only a Dreamcast but it also looks like a Storm Troopers helmet. The Dreamtrooper plays GD-ROMs attached to the back spindle and is said to have about three hours of battery life. Check out the video below of him playing Sonic Adventure 2. Read More...
