The Various Consoles Will Soon Be Getting Some Infliction
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of July 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Infliction The psychological horror game, Infliction, is heading to the consoles soon so even more can experience the horrors Infliction will hold There really seems to be no end to the horrors coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and Switch as we have another title coming with Infliction. This would be the latest from Caustic Reality and Blowfish Studios that will aim to explore the darkness haunting the remnants of a suburban family. Like any good horror game out there. It always has something to do with a family or kids of some sorts. Read More...

Nintendo Is Striking SDCC Pretty Hard Again This Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 16th of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Nintendo The Nintendo gaming lounge is coming back to SDCC this year and bringing all kinds of great Nintendo things for fans at the convention Almost a little late to the game, pun intended, it looks like Nintendo will be back at SDCC again with their gaming lounge and many other activities going on. Some out there were getting a bit worried that they would be skipping this year as there has been no word, but today we now have confirmation. Just a day before the convention kicks right off. Borderlands 3 Shows How We Will All Be Happy To Be Shooting Everything
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 16th of July 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Borderlands A new trailer for Borderlands 3 is here to show much of nothing outside of the fun of killing together as always in Borderlands The tease we have had for Borderlands 3 is over as the new trailer is here as promised by Gearbox. A new trailer fresh off the heels of E3 and just a day before SDCC kicks off and… it is just more of a tease. Not in the way of something we will be seeing in the near future, outside of the game, but it is more or less a showing of the fun we can have in Borderlands 3 when playing with friends. September 13th will have us all doing that, sure, but I am going to guess it is not going to look as fun as it all does here. Read More...

Cuphead Is Getting Its Own Animated Netflix Show
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 9th of July 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Cuphead A new Cuphead animated show is on its way to Netflix in the way of The Cuphead Show! using everything we loved about the game It feels like we are going back in time to a point where every video game needed a TV show tie-in as it looks like Cuphead will be getting the treatment now. Not exactly the title I am sure many of you were expecting to hear about, but it would seem that Studio MDHR selling over four million copies of the game would grab the eye of Netflix to try to set something up. On top of the classic animation style Cuphead already holds, I can see why they would want to snatch this one up and ride the success. Even as we all wait for that sweet DLC to still come out after the game being out for years already. Read More...

Meet More Of The Jeffs On Pandora In Borderlands 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Borderlands A new series of videos for Borderlands 3 has started to flow out there giving us a look at the various planets we will explore in Borderlands 3 Get ready for a new wave of videos and updates for Borderlands 3, as it looks like our old friend Claptrap is setting out to present us with loads from each of the planets we will be exploring in the game. That is as at least based off the new videos that Gearbox is placing out there to help promote the game and give us all something to watch as we wait for September 13th to finally come and we can play on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC. I guess some of us could just watch others play Borderlands 3 on the streams of other gamers, but where is the fun in all of that? Read More...

The Delicious Last Course Will Be A Bit Later For Cuphead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of July 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Cuphead The Delicious Last Course DLC has been delayed for Cuphead but we have a tease for what it will bring to Cuphead in 2020 The wait is going to continue for those looking for more of Cuphead to play as the announced DLC has been pushed to 2020 now. That goes for the Xbox One, PC, and Switch versions of it all as StudioMDHR is making sure to take their time to make sure it is up to what all of you gamers are demanding. They have been doing a great job keeping Cuphead updated and flowing well while adding in a few things here and there, so it is worth giving them the time to make sure there is no dip in quality for this amazing little game. Just be ready to wait as there is nothing more than the year to go on for this expansion to the game. Read More...

by Chris Avila [ Wednesday, 26th of June 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Night Call The release date of Night Call on the PC and Xbox Game Pass is set down with Night Call hitting both of those in mid-July You may have seen it at E3 in 2018 or during the Xbox Briefing at E3 2019, but now it looks like we have a release date for Night Call to look at in the mix. That is, if you were aiming to play the game on the PC or Xbox One as we have a release date for those platforms with it coming to the PS4 and Switch at a later point in 2019. If you do not fall in the latter category there, you can now look to see Night Call hit the PC via Steam and Xbox One via the Game Pass on July 17th. Not that far away, so there is some more to be excited about. Read More...

Silver Chains Shows Us That Madness Is Out To Get Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of June 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Silver Chains A new trailer for Silver Chains is here with a bit more gameplay and all of the weirdness Silver Chains looks to hold within It is time to start preparing your minds for Silver Chains as August 6th is quickly approaching and we have our own sanity to keep in mind. That is, at least, the threat we all have to worry about from Cracked Heads Games in terms of their new title they are bringing to us. It has looked a bit dark in the past video we have seen for Silver Chains and it continues again today. Even if it is a bit scarce on the actual gameplay and what we will do more than walk around some scary locations. Read More...

Samurai Shodown’s Roster Is Filled Up Just Before Launch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 24th of June 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Samurai Shodown The final characters for Samurai Shodown’s roster have been fully revealed just before Samurai Shodown’s launch this week This week is the week where Samurai Shodown releases for the PS4, Xbox One, and Switch. Now we finally have a look at the whole roster of characters that will be coming at launch and outside of the free DLC that SNK will be offering until the end of the month. As it turns out, there were five more characters that had yet to be fully shown off as we led up to the release here. It looks like the marketing for Samurai Shodown should have started a few weeks earlier to keep with their one a week plan they were going with. Read More...

E3 Hands-On — Darksiders Genesis
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of June 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Darksiders While at E3, I was able to see Darksiders Genesis in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Darksiders Genesis. Many of us before and during E3 were hoping to see a new Darksiders game come out and it was teased heavily before the event. It was also revealed by THQ Nordic that we were actually going to be getting another entry in the series from Airship Syndicate that would take us all down a different path for the gameplay. At least we have the final horseman to join us for this ride. Something I am looking forward to after having a bit of time with Darksiders Genesis and knowing there is still time to update and alter things that may not have flowed just right. Read More...

E3 Hands-On — Borderlands 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of June 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Borderlands While at E3, I was able to see Borderlands 3 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Borderlands 3. One of the games out at E3 that always seemed to have the longest line to play had to be Borderlands 3. It makes total sense given the huge following and fandom of the franchise and also how quickly since the official announcement to launch Gearbox has brought the game. September 13th is not that far off and there is still so much to show for Borderlands 3 before we all get to play it on the PC, PS4, or Xbox One. It is a good thing that they had the game on display and playable out at E3 as it gave me a chance to actually try it out instead of just looking at fancy trailers. Read More...

E3 2019 Impressions — Maneater
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of June 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Maneater While at E3, I was able to see Maneater in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Maneater. A title that made a huge splash, pun intended, back at E3 2018 had to be Maneater. That would be the ShaRkPG title that we were introduced to from Blindside Interactive and Tripwire Interactive during the main PC Gaming show at the start of the event. Originally, it looked to be like a joke title that was going to build into something different to me, but here we are back again and we can see that it has become much more. Well, at least some of us who were lucky enough to see solid gameplay for Maneater during this year's E3 and not just the fun little trailer we were all given when it was highlighted again. The Fight Is Going To The Dogs In Samurai Shodown
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of June 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Samurai Shodown The next character for Samurai Shodown is here and brings in a dog to help with the fight to bring down everyone in Samurai Shodown Not to be left out of the E3 fun, we have a new character for Samurai Shodown to take in and see just before launch. We are only a few weeks out from getting to play it on the Switch, PS4, or Xbox One and we still are fleshing out the roster. I do not even think we have moved into the DLC realm that SNK is working on for Samurai Shodown that will be free for those who pick the game up within the launch window. You do what you are going to do, but make sure not to miss out on anything that is in the works when it is all free. Read More...

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order’s Roster Is Expanding Beyond Launch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of June 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Ultimate Alliance More characters have been announced for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order as well as many more to come with the Expansion Pass for Ultimate Alliance 3 It looks like the roster for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order is going to be ever expanding as we have a few more heroes to add in just before launch. We need to be able to have them all in there and Team Ninja is doing their damnedest to make that happen. That is why it is great to announce that we are getting Ghost Rider, Electra, Moon Knight, Beast, Elsa Bloodstone, and Nova in the mix of it all. Read More...
