Head deeper into The Sinking City, with a brand-new look at the gameplay that The Sinking City 2 will have for us very soon So much has been going on for The Sinking City 2 up to now, and with August 18th just around the corner, we should have a good look at the gameplay that we are going to have in the game. That is what I think, and it also seems that Frogwares is on the same page for this, as we have a nice long video to get us ready for when the game launches on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Not that fans of The Sinking City will not already be familiar with what we are going to have to do, but there are quite a few new fans and those who love Cthulhu out there who might be diving into the IP at this point. More of the campaign for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is out there, to get us out of a traffic jam in Call Of Duty It feels a bit weird to go with it, but it does look as if Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is going to have its campaign slowly placed on display for us all as we wait for October 16th to hit us all. What we thought was going to be a little taste before Infinity Ward dropped a bigger look at the story mode for the game looks like it is how they are going to feed the Call of Duty fans. A new little vignette for the mode is ready for us to take to the streets and look at. Read More...

New gameplay for LAG KILLS is out there, and it will lead us to many ‘save the cat’ moments in LAG KILLS and real life As it all comes to LAG KILLS, it looks like we are going to have to do more than just survive the deranged killer in the game. As it all looks now, and as part of the Cat Awareness Feline Sale going on via Steam for various PC titles, we are going to need to save the cat many times over. Both by picking up LAG KILLS as it stands now before the Q4 release of the game, but also as a gameplay mechanic in the game. Yes, it looks like we are not only dealing with a deranged killer in the game, but also one who is hoarding cats. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week We made it through another fun week, and had so many more video games release and get some big updates. Even if titles like Grand Theft Auto VI and God Of War Laufey had very little to add to the title for now, it was still a massive week for us all. Not to mention that we had a little more wrap-up from SDCC 2026, and one more of the mazes that we can expect to try to game our way through for Halloween Horror Nights. Sure, some of those are not video games, but they are interactive experiences. Read More...

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost Of Hope has a few more environments out there to get us all ready for the upcoming S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 expansion It is time to go exploring just a little bit more out there for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost Of Hope ahead of the August 20th release on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Not that we need to do much more to get excited for this one to drop, but GSC Game World is ready to give us all a little more to explore and get excited about for the game. A solid new look at Grand Theft Auto VI is on the way to us, so all Grand Theft Auto fans can get ready to buy the digital game It has been a long time coming, and it looks as if we are finally going to get something new for Grand Theft Auto VI to sink our teeth into. Sadly, it looks like we are going to have to wait a bit longer, as Rockstar Games does not have much to show us today. That is the bad news. The good news is that we only have to wait until August 27th to get to see a new look at Grand Theft Auto VI. Read More...

We have the full God Of War Laufey panel out of SDCC this year, and we get the release date for God Of War Laufey out of it all It was reported early on that we were going to have a bit of a panel out there at SDCC for God Of War Laufey. One that was supposed to give us a bunch to look forward to for the game, and to help Santa Monica Studio help to get us all onboard again with the PS5 and what PlayStation has been doing. Well, they all took the stage, and it was a packed house out there at SDCC 2026, and there were a lot who did not get to experience it. Thankfully, they chose to record the full panel out there to let all fans see what is on the way for God Of War Laufey. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week We were finally able to get back into form around here and cover so many video games, and so many non-game-specific things around here. We are fresh off the SDCC train, and there was so much going on out there that we had to dip into. Things like Stage Tour and Marvel’s Wolverine for starters. Then some of the non-video games things like our interview for Dungeon Crawler Carl and a look at everything going down for the upcoming Resident Evil movie. Read More...

The upcoming campaign for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is coming a bit early for those who pre-order this Call Of Duty It is still yet to be seen how Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is going to handle the campaign mode for those of us who enjoy that more than anything in these games. After the last one left many of us wanting, Infinity Ward does have a bit of work to put in to make up for that. October 23rd still gives them a bit of time to do that. Read More...

The release date for Stupid Never Dies is now set, and we will get all of the hot Stupid Never Dies characters in October The window is finally closing for Stupid Never Dies on when the game is going to finally hit the PS5 and PC. Not that the time until the release date is closing, but before today, GPTRACK50 only gave us all a bit of a window to expect the game to launch in. A window that they are certainly still making it inside, as Stupid Never Dies now has a release date set as October 21st. Just in time to give us more of the undead to play with for the Halloween season. Read More...

We had a chance to rock out with the makers of Stage Tour during SDCC and got some insight into Stage Tour and what fans should expect There is certainly one new game on the way to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this year that we have been excited for, and that is Stage Tour. The new rhythm game that brought RedOctane Games back into the mix to make sure all of our plastic guitars are not just collecting dust. All while making sure we are still rocking out until the late nights. Well, we had a chance to swing by the Stage Tour booth during SDCC to give the game a go, check out that comic book for the game, as well as talk to the team behind the game. Read More...

We had a chance to sit down with the talent behind Dungeon Crawler Carl during SDCC and got some insight into Dungeon Crawler Carl and the audiobooks If one new IP was able to take over SDCC this year, it was certainly Dungeon Crawler Carl. A relatively new book series that I am sure you have heard a few things about, or seen a few of the memes on the internet. As long as you are into the video game space, or the gaming space in general. If not, then get ready to learn a bit more about the IP, as Audible had us out to interview the writer of Dungeon Crawler Carl (Matt Dinniman), along with the main voice talent (Jeff Hays) for the audiobook version of the series.
