This Week In Video Games 1/5/26 — 1/9/26

Video Games

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week

The world of video games never ceases to amaze me out there, as this week was a lot more packed than expected for a CES week. Not only did we get a lot to check out during the convention, but we also managed to get solid updates out to you all week. Some, like, Styx: Blades Of Greed gameplay, Dead By Daylight and Stranger Things kicking off the crossover, Resident Evil Requiem getting some fun new visuals, and the fact that we will be able to play Xbox video games without the need of an Xbox soon. Yeah, that one is a bit of a wild ride to think about, and we have all of that here on the site for you.

Next week, we are expecting things to be back to business as usual around here, though we cannot just magic news for our video games out there. So, if there are things to report, we will do our best to have them all out there for you. If there is nothing new to report, well, we will see how that pans out. Either way, now that we have things under control, the new year is flowing, and sometime before the next big convention, we will be doing all we can for all of those video games as many as possible. Along with dabbling in a few other pop culture and entertainment things. Maybe even a few NSFW things for those who want to get into Aggrogamer after dark…

As with every other week now, here is our list of video games we were able to cover in the news for the week. Have fun reading through all of it, and hopefully, you will learn something you did not know before. Until next week, have fun with all of those video games, and Happy Gaming!
