The PC Will Have Some Exclusive Enhancements For 007 First Light

007 First Light

A new look at 007 First Light out of CES is here to show us just how NVIDIA will be pushing 007 First Light forward

Fresh off the recent delay of 007 First Light, it looks like we have a lot more driving its way out to us for the game during CES. Not anything unusual, since the gadgets and vehicles in the IP get highlighted during the show, but here we go with a look at how IO Interactive is teaming up with NVIDIA to help give the PC version of the game a bit of a push before the new May 27th release date. Something that will help 007 First Light stand out further than the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch 2 versions of the game. That is the way of it all when it comes to this hardware. Let's embrace it and see just how this one is going to be turning more heads during the show and during the live gameplay when it launches.

As with all of the NVIDIA-specific features we are seeing as of late, here we see how 007 First Light will be using the DLSS 4 features to further enhance the game visually and keep things running at a smooth FPS out there. Along with making sure we have the most dynamic lighting and flow of events as we smash through all of the various missions that Bond will be taking on. Visuals are nice and all, but it seems that 007 First Light might be leveraging other aspects of the hardware to help push things forward as well. Like the fact that the team is making sure that the physics simulations for fog and smoke are pushing boundaries, along with the enhancements that the NPC AI might have in the game. That is a bit of speculation, though, as AI is the big thing as of late, and they do go into detail about how it will be vastly improved from what we have had with the Hitman games in the past.
