Gears Of War The Versus Tech Test for Gears Of War 5 kicks off this week with the latest mode, Arcade, getting the highlight for Gears Of War 5 today If you are missing out on the big convention stuff going on this week, then you can at least take solace that you will be able to have some Gears Of War 5 fun that others may not get. That is, the Versus Tech Test is popping off on July 19th to let us play the game and help The Coalition make the multiplayer modes that much better at launch. Borderlands A new trailer for Borderlands 3 is here to show much of nothing outside of the fun of killing together as always in Borderlands The tease we have had for Borderlands 3 is over as the new trailer is here as promised by Gearbox. A new trailer fresh off the heels of E3 and just a day before SDCC kicks off and… it is just more of a tease. Not in the way of something we will be seeing in the near future, outside of the game, but it is more or less a showing of the fun we can have in Borderlands 3 when playing with friends. Borderlands A new series of videos for Borderlands 3 has started to flow out there giving us a look at the various planets we will explore in Borderlands 3 Get ready for a new wave of videos and updates for Borderlands 3, as it looks like our old friend Claptrap is setting out to present us with loads from each of the planets we will be exploring in the game. Borderlands While at E3, I was able to see Borderlands 3 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Borderlands 3. One of the games out at E3 that always seemed to have the longest line to play had to be Borderlands 3. It makes total sense given the huge following and fandom of the franchise and also how quickly since the official announcement to launch Gearbox has brought the game. September 13th is not that far off and there is still so much to show for Borderlands 3 before we all get to play it on the PC, PS4, or Xbox One. We Have You Covered With The Live Stream Straight From E3 2019 Not everything is going to be on the show floor of E3 2019 and because of that we have these huge press conferences and here we go with Microsoft's huge event just before the doors open for us all. Just as the games and announcements they have for E3 2019 not all of us will be able to be there on the show floor to see them as well. Borderlands The big gameplay reveal for Borderlands 3 has come and now we get to see just how Borderlands 3 could play with new updates and changes to the formula We finally have it. Some actual gameplay for Borderlands 3 and not all of the normal teasing that goes into the announcement and follow up videos we normally get with games like this. Gearbox could have gone that way, but instead hyped up and then delivered a whole lot of new gameplay for the game to show off the new look, characters, classes, and other features that will certainly get all of the Borderlands fans riled up. Afterlife The interactive VR film Afterlife is heading out there in May and we have another new sample of what will be happening in Afterlife’s story A little while back we heard of a new interactive VR film called Afterlife and it piqued our interests even though it did not sound like a game at first. It, more or less, sounded like another film being placed out there in the VR realm from Signal Space Lab and that we would sit as a passive observer to a very grim and dark story. Borderlands The release date for Borderlands 3 is now confirmed for this September and we have many ways to pre-order Borderlands 3 right now It looks like the early tweet "leak" for Borderlands 3’s release date was correct and we will be getting the game on September 13th. Why this was not announced last week when the game was announced at PAX East makes no sense to me but I am sure that 2K or Gearbox had their reasons. Maybe not. Borderlands There were many Borderlands announcements out at PAX East with Borderlands 3 getting the official announcement treatment The rumors have been swirling for Borderlands 3 for a while now and out of PAX East this year, we have confirmation that it is indeed a game that is coming. It is not as if Gearbox would toy with everyone over this, get their hopes up, and then have them be crushed later on. It is not their way and even with the technical issues and teasing during the event, we finally have a solid look at Borderlands 3 with gameplay and the usual stuff that gets mixed into these games. Afterlife The first dev diary for Afterlife is here to show us how the team has started to bring this VR choose-your-own-adventure about the Afterlife to life Here we go with a new little twist on the VR and live-action as Afterlife is bringing both of those together to give us an interesting experience with a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure twist. That is at least as it basically sounds with a darker and grimmer style of story tacked on here. I mean, Signal Space Lab is taking us through an "intimate journey through tragedy, grief, and acceptance" in the experience here so… In any instance, we have a new behind the scenes look at how Afterlife is being put together to show that a great VR game can be done with live-action sequences and not all virtually generated stuff. Borderlands A new version of Borderlands 2 is coming this holiday season to take us deeper into the immersion with Borderlands 2 VR now It looks like it has finally happened as Gearbox Software has announced their next title to come to us and it is Borderlands 2 VR. You were most likely hoping for the true third to the franchise, but it looks like we are taking a dive into the VR side of it all. You will need to have a PSVR system as it is currently only listed for that platform there, but at least you will be able to play Borderlands 2 again in a new way.
