This Week In Video Games 8/5/24 — 8/9/24
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of August 2024 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Well, this was a much bigger week for video games than we could have expected, but a solid one still. After SDCC and now the upcoming Gamescom, I was under the impression it was going to be a slower one, between Call Of Duty and Epic Mickey, we had a whole lot drop on us and with massive names in the mix. A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead and Gori: Cuddly Carnage also got a nice highlight out there and then there is the Five Nights At Freddy’s celebration going on add into so much out there. Not to mention new video games coming from Tarsier Studios in the mix of things too. Read More...

A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead Will Have Us All Hushed For Its Release Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 6th of August 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
A Quiet Place The release date for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead is set with some fun little extras ready to add into A Quiet Place While it might have missed the synergy to launch when the latest film dropped, it looks as if we finally have a release date for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead. It is its own game and story that Stormind Games is working on, so it makes a bit of sense to drop it on its own, but synergy can be a great thing. Nonetheless, Saber Interactive has pulled the trigger to let us all know when this next addition to the universe of A Quiet Place will be hitting the PS5, Xbox Series X|s, and PC. That date is now set as October 17th of this year. Read More...

One More Early Days Story Is Coming With A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of July 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
A Quiet Place A slight bit of the story for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead is here to show a different perspective of the fall in A Quiet Place Just on the heels of the latest movie that dabbles in the start of the fall of man, A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead is here to give us a bit more of that story and show a different side of things. Well, more than the story that Stormind Games is working on tells the start of the apocalypse from a different character's point of view and still continues forward. About as to be expected here, but not a bad deal for what Saber Interactive is going to gear up with this title in the A Quiet Place universe. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of June 2024 - 07:00 PM ]
A Quiet Place A new game based on A Quiet Place is on the way with the full announcement we have for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead It felt like it was only a matter of time until we had a video game set in the universe of A Quiet Place and that time is now. Well, it will be at some point during 2024 with the announcement that Stormind Games and Saber Interactive are working on a title for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A title that will be missing the release of the new film, but thankfully only shares the universe and does not seem to be one of those dreaded adaptation games. Here we go with the announcement for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead to see if the IP is as suited for the video game world as many think it should be. Read More...

Suicide Squad We sit down and review Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. A co-op looter shooter with the core plot in the title. Here is our review of this Suicide Squad title After a lot of waiting, a few delays, and many other hurdles to get out there, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is out there for us all to experience on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A title that seems to carry on the story and setting that placed Rocksteady on a solid pedestal for a while now. This time in a co-op looter shooter instead of the detective action titles that the Arkham titles gave us. Read More...
