So, I just finished watching the new "Brutal" Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City trailer and it has sparked my imagination, surprisingly. I want to know what was the most brutal, misanthropic, hellish and death splattered concrete path you've ever taken in a video game. It is in and it makes Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City look like a load of fun. The trailer also makes all of the screen shots look like there were originally working it out for the Wii. Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising (titled sequel to the original Operation Flashpoint from 2001, the developer, Bohemia Interactive, preferred ArmA to be the original's sequel. Dragon Rising was developed not by Bohemia Interactive, but in house by Codemasters) positions itself not so much as an action FPS but moreso as a realistic battle simulation. If you would rather have something that's more run-and-gun, one man army, headshots left and right, nade spamming, knife stabbing free for all than maybe you should stick to Battlefield: Bad Company or Call of Duty 4. So you have a Fallout 3 on the PS3 but wish you could enjoy the additional DLC that 360 and PC users enjoy. Well soon you will be able to play all the sweet awesome goodness that is Operation Anchorage, The Pitt, Broken Steel, and two newishly announced DLC packs, Point Lookout (basically a large open swamp area) and Mothership Zeta (you are abducted by aliens) on your Blu-Ray player that coincidentally plays games. While no specific date has been announced, you can expect Operation Anchorage to hit the PSN sometime late June and The Pitt and Broken Steel to follow about a month apart later.
